    @PostOffice I am at Purfleet post office…info online says open 9-5.30pm to arrive and find it is closed 1-1.20pm so having to wait 20 mins most of lunch break 😡…why is this not shown online? And why at lunchtime when most home workers to use service???

    @Geoff___Smith @PostOffice @RoyalMail Only once did I read an external consultants’ report and think wow, this makes real sense. Of course it was never implemented, just filed away and that consulting firm never got any more work from the company!

    @MistressDel93 @PostOffice Post Office don't deliver mail. You need Royal Mail customer services. You'll wait an hour or so on the phone mind

    @PostOffice You are absolutely useless. Where is my mail that was supposed to arrive a month ago? I’ve paid the fee twice, and my post is still missing. You opened an investigation and then didn’t even bother to give me a response. Your service is a complete joke. What the hell

    Banked cash at @PostOffice and full amount not put into our @RBSBusiness account Now 2 weeks without my missing money, no correspondence & I told I can’t follow it up until next week. Cash flow is king and this policy doesn’t help businesses!

    Imagine. You run a small @PostOffice. You show up every day, you serve your community, you do the job. Then one day a computer program called Horizon decides you owe money that never existed. A computer program with a known glitch problem. Is the @IBCA_UK using the same PC?

    @PostOffice . We’ve had no mail for nearly two weeks, until today, not even junk mail. We’ve just received an important letter that was posted on 22 June, that’s two weeks after post mark date. Awful service.
