    @PostOffice It’s Station Road Kiveton Park S26 it’s pretty poor availability and the only excuse they use is COVID but no other shop in the village gives such poor service

    @PostOffice Hi Ryan Please can you feed this request back to head office? It’s a pandemic and people are relying on post much more at the moment. Surely the post office can see there is a financial as well as a customer service opportunity here?

    @_AndreaUrbanFoX @PostOffice If you want a basic phone/broadband package, Plusnet is pretty good. We used them for my Mum's house. Their customer service works, which is unusual these days.

    @PostOffice the recent price hikes don’t seem to have improved service. I have been queuing for about 20 minutes to post a parcel. Still 2 people in front. My back is now aching. Thanks.

    @PostOffice The young lad working at the Bristol post office in Broadmead this morning on the self service check out was very rude and had bad attitude when customers were asking for help using the service check out. Not just to myself but to others customers also. Not helpful.

    @PostOffice Think your Bushbury Lane Wolverhampton store needs education. Had never heard of BFPO and tried to charge me £10 to send a small parcel recently. Would not even listen to me saying it was wrong. Ended up with more travel to another location for correct service.

    Respected @IndiaPostOffice The post office in your area opens very early. As well as early closure. So please fix the post office time. My pincode is 395004. Current postoffice Time 07 Am TO 01 Pm Please Chenge Time To 10 Am to 6 Pm

    @BearBitesBack @NewPOGuy @PostOffice Most 'Post Office' branch staff aren't employed by the post office, they run like a franchise. I agree it's a shame they can't afford to open later, to help people who work all week.

    Respected @IndiaPostOffice The post office in your area is very early Thai. As well as early closure. So please fix the post office time. My pincode is 39500. Postoffice time 07 am to 1 pm
