@coyleneil @PostOffice Good morning Neil, there is no heating and @lb_southwark repair team do not pick up the phones. I have been calling them since 9am. I think you should have a meeting with the manager. Their service is poor. I pay my council and income tax and I do not deserve their poor service.

@PostOffice you could do with doing a refresher course for all your staff on idp's person at the counter at Coventry city centre post office said they couldn't issue me with on as I only had 2 weeks left on my current photo card. Nowhere donthe rules say how much time you need1/2

The Royal Mail became something really annoying. Before was quicker and now we have to wait. At the office in Hoxton street there was a long queue. Service is getting more expensive and worst.#royal@ail #postoffice #royalmail
