@PostOffice This queue hasn’t moved for 15min - same customer still being served

@sudhirmehtapune Thanks a lot for taking up these serious civic issues, we just had new uneven speed breakers in Salisbury Park vicinity last week. Illegal hawkers are creating a havoc opposite Market PostOffice just where the flyover ends which is causing a lot of accidents.

  • juliet_loudon Juliet Loudon (@juliet_loudon) reported

@PostOffice one person serving the major Banbury Post Office including Travel and Business. 2 self service machines that don’t accept QR codes. Queuing for 30+ minutes with 10 others to return a parcel. More tragic failure from The Royal Mail.

@PostOffice I have queried this before and then the branch accepted cash after 4pm but have since stopped again it seems. I know it’ll be separate but seems strange seeing as they’ll still take cash payments for packages etc. Anne on the counter was quite rude when I explained this too

  • Mphillips_LDFC Martin Phillips (@Mphillips_LDFC) reported

@Woodstock1953 @PostOffice It's a shame that Courteney shares incorrect information, once again shafting branches and making us look bad. If you can't give the correct info it maybe time to find another job. Making it up as you go along comes to mind. #Incompetence

@HM_Passport @PostOffice Hi, we used the passport service at our local post office and we was wondering how long should it take to receive the documents? As the application still says waiting for documents, after a week.

  • Buzz10022 Buzz122 (@Buzz10022) reported

@PostOffice Ive called them and she has to email her manager with my questions including why don’t the phone lines work. And I’m kept waiting on the line until he answers. What kind of second rate insurance policy is this? You managed to take my money easily but not offer a service.

@chhcalling @PostOffice More printing money. How about working to bring energy costs down, Chris?
