    @PostOffice The elderly couple are talking to claims. Claims requested a letter of confimation that they did not go on the trip, which i produced. Now they are asking for confirmation from the hotel that the couple didnt stay. Not very impressive customer service in my opinion.

    Can't believe @PostOffice sold my broadband to @ShellEnergyHome and told me I would have to pay over £200 to leave the contact. So now I'm expected to pay a company that directly profits from the destruction of the planet, for two years!!?? Help pls @Ofcom ! #ClimateCrisis

    @PostOffice @leftywoke I just want to express my frustration with the way I have been treated.I subscribed to your broadband since Jan 29,2021,up till now it has not been installed. Just to run the cable from outside to inside is the only thing that has been a problem to the engineers. Benneth C Joseph

    @PostOffice hi guys I need help with a delivery error, I've got proof with receipts etc with the correct postcode it needed to be delivered to but you've delivered it back here, I need to return the item to the sender but I'm not paying another 3.20 for it to be sent to me again

    I have had to cancel the application & upon doing it again, reread the instructions for the date I need to put in and I had inputted it in correctly the first time I am beyond LIVID at this point as I waited for 30 minutes to be seen to be provided with wrong info @PostOffice

    Tried to get the #Postoffice to rediliver but next date is six days away. Tried to complain but they dont have a box for onadequate give a damn service.

    @PostOffice @leftywoke Another appointment has been rescheduled on the 8th of this month for an engineer to visit.If they can not run the landline cable from outside to inside,they should let me know and cancel the contract. My co-tenants are using landline and broadband.Why can't the engineers fix it?

    @PostOffice when I have go into the Wood Green branch I have decided to record the amount of time I have to queue for. I recorded for 20 mins out of the 30 minutes and have some great audio of your staff being very rude to your customers. I'm sure you would like to hear. #rude

    @IndiaPostOffice it has been 4 days since I booked my courier, and since 4 days I am unable to track my package as "consignment details not found" the number is right, product has been bagged, but no tracking option... Even sms service is useless @PostOffice ?
