@PostOffice so after decades of junk mail I finally found the very elusive "opt out form" however there's no actual details for where to send it-like wtf why do companies make it so hard for customers to stop all this bs junk mail? It should be simple! Where is the address???

Hi @mairi_rob I would send you your birthday card but part of the UK's ongoing closing down sale, @PostOffice has stopped us sending cards and parcels abroad, I will keep trying but I cannot promise you'll receive them in this lifetime.

For someone with severe #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis, preparing for this test (2 days off supplements & restricted diet) was a big effort, all for it to be wasted by terrible logistic service. The website said "Precision", hardly. #RoyalMail #postoffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail

@PostOffice In the queue for 25 mins. 13:45 until 14:10. There were about 20 people behind me when I left (I have pictures) 2 staff on, and honestly 1 staff member was still serving the SAME one customer on my visit. Our town is full of older residents who rely on the P.O and cant stand.
