@PostOffice No security issue. It’s parcels for ASOS. Are you telling me royal mail don’t want to return parcels for consumers? If so I’ll report to ASOS. They shouldn’t advertise that you’ll take parcels when it’s when you “feel like it”.

  • Mphillips_LDFC Martin Phillips (@Mphillips_LDFC) reported

@Quit_EU @PostOffice I recently applied for my provisional license after moving to Scotland from NI. I applied at 10pm one evening, received an email at 10 minutes to 9 the next morning saying my application had been processed, received license in the post 6 days later. Not sure where the issue is!

  • MrsLAKnowles Lee (@MrsLAKnowles) reported

@PostOffice hello, I posted a parcel on 18th Sept but tracking shows it’s still not been delivered. Constantly kept in a queue when I call. Can someone help please?

@PostOffice My routers Internet light has gone red, I've rebooted it, checked the line and nothings wrong. Is there an outage before I phone up in the morning to get it sorted! Seriously half tempted to go with Vodafone for the net! Nothing but problems : (

@PostOffice Could you explain why your self service tills are unable to read QR codes which means you have to join the queue of 20 people for the counter service which has only one person serving. The tills need updating to make you more efficient
