@RevRichardColes @PostOffice I could never imagine being in such a position, nor would I ever want to be. Imagine doing everything correctly & above board, & computer says no, then you find yourself in court followed by incarceration & loss of everything you've ever worked for......all due to faulty IT.

@cstone7200 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Also Chris, valuables ( money, jewellery, gift cards etc) are NOT covered by the signed for/recorded service. Always use Special Delivery if you want compensation.
