@L1A75 @PostOffice And that’s the problem I’m afraid. Customers check the website and expect the opening times on there to be accurate. It’s pretty poor if that isn’t the case. Between postmasters and the company it needs rectifying.

@L1A75 @PostOffice I understand that there are limits on small businesses operating hours. I can’t struggle to understand why the businesses can’t ensure their website is accurate. It’s simple customer service I’m afraid

@GovernmentZA @MpumalangaGov Nothing annoys me as much as when I see government positions&they ask for that ghastly Z83 form.Then they ask you to apply via the PostOffice like MPGov does.I cannot believe a government that dreams of building SmartCities has never heard of E-MAIL.Long way to go!

The #secaucus NJ @USPS is the absolute worst #Postoffice in the country. Every single package that goes through it takes at least 3-4 weeks to ever see any movement in tracking. Again and again, over and over. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a post office.

Completely lost my patience with @HSBC @HSBC_UK, who not only refuse to give their customers change, but also won't accept bags of change, either. All they do is palm you off to the @PostOffice, who also won't help because they're tired of the excess customers. Zero CS skills 😡

Thanks @PostOffice travel insurance. Our holiday flight home was cancelled by airline, next flight not for 11 days. You won’t pay us the cost of that flight or new flights with another airline. You say we should have waited 11 days. That is disgusting service.
