@Lindsey1acnh @PostOffice I’m not being rude. I’m just stating the fact that this is becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter, with or without a pandemic! So something needs to be changed either more staff need to be employed or retrain to better standards and quicker serving.

  • HermioneMidwife Hermione Jackson (@HermioneMidwife) reported

Any chance of help or advice @MartinSLewis - paid £78 for a service we’ve not received and numerous calls to @PostOffice just getting told they’ll file a report!

@PostOffice shocking service from your broadband team again!! 12 months waiting on a welcome pack, countless calls ignored, low connections and now cut off! Worst customer service I’ve ever received👎🏽👎🏽

  • Karishamgrover Karishma Grover (@Karishamgrover) reported

@Lindsey1acnh @PostOffice I never said it was the staff’s fault. It’s down to the owner of the post office to ensure that they have enough employees Retraining staff will definitely help because the staff will be kept up to date on how to use the different services which will speed up the customer service

@Karishamgrover @PostOffice You clearly don't know how the post office works love! But that's okay *** you've shown just how unkind and selfish you are you can laugh at my lack of punctuation but at least I don't treat retail staff like dirt xx
