Absolutely fuming. As if moving house isn't stressful enough, but now the tenant in the house we're buying (who is leaving this week) has managed to cancel our broadband switch over & we've been told WE'LL be charged if she does it again! Absolute joke @PostOffice broadband!!

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet I have seen homes lacking a modern NTE5, split-face, master socket, with a very old 1970s PostOffice ‘BT’ rounded rectangular termination/junction box where the telephone line comes in.. this can be a problem. What did OpenReach check?

@memma_c @PostOffice It’s is a known scam. You can report to your network provider for free by forwarding it to 7726. They’ll then reply asking you to confirm the number it came from. I’ve had dozens of them!!

Stay well clear of @PostOffice #homeinsurance. They have left an 85-year-old lady, living on her own, with a ceiling down for a week. An utter shambles of callous incompetence.
