    @PostOffice A kind lady has just delivered my post that was delivered to Modbury Gardens in Reading. I am in Torrington Road. My post regularly goes to Totnes Road and Axbridge Road and I normally eventually receive it. But what is wrong with you people? How much do I never get?

    @PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?

    How is it possible to claim "no commission" yet charge exchange rate for currency with 10% mark up on actual bank rates. It looks like a scam at worst and at least dishonest and could catch many people out. Especially those more vulnerable. @MartinSLewis @PostOffice

    @PostOffice Do I seriously have to page backwards through every month in your online notification form until I get to December 1951 in order to advise you of my brother's death? Nor are you contactable on the phone number you give. Shocking, shoddy service. Do better.

    @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice A computer glitch should never be enough to destroy someone’s life. When systems fail, accountability shouldn’t stop with an apology—especially after someone loses their freedom, health, and livelihood.
