@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

I’m pretty sure @PostOffice #Horizon was investigated in the first issue of @PrivateEyeNews I ever bought in the late 90s or early 00s and repeatedly thereafter. Why is this only a scandal now? @BBCNews ?

@VinylDealsUK @PostOffice To be fair to Ryan, I did ask yesterday whether it was PO policy to up seek (as the manager had claimed it was). I did not make a specific complaint and did not realise that my question had been treated as one, hence today’s Tweet

I've never had this issue anywhere else, where translating 1-2 questions for a person where they didn't understand, whose first language isn't English. Literally she still answered everything, but didn't let her pass security. Terrible customer service @PostOffice

I can’t understand how, not one single person at the #postoffice stopped to think..”hang on, there can’t really be this number of postmasters pinching money? Somethings not right here”. Someone must have, but chose to ignore it 🤬…

So shocked at what the subpostmasters and subpostmistresses went through. Where were the #PostOffice managers? Where where the computer experts? Where were the forensic accountants? Why didn't the prosecutors divulge the extent of the problem? What were the defence lawyers up to?
