@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

Posted my first Christmas card today and paid 95p for a first class stamp. The GPO worker then asked if I was okay? I tried to pretend I was, but internally I was broken. #postoffice

The woman at my local in store #postoffice has to be one of the rudest people I’ve come across in a long time. Did she stop to serve me and the people waiting behind, no she just carried on sorting and faffing the parcels. #rude

@PostOffice Longer than necessary, had the self-service machines been in action, it wouldn't have been an issue. Seems somewhat at odds with your usual policy of directing everyone possible to them.

@PostOffice You might want to do a mystery shop of your Park Royal Post Office on Minerva Road... The 5-star Google reviews are either fake or been paid to write. Incredibly rude and lazy staff in there.

@stpaddyofassisi And this Anpost card that keeps giving errors. The other day I couldn't even use the card numbers/expiry/ccv to get my own money out of my account in the POSTOFFICE. And I had ID. Only emergency withdrawl possible, but then the card has to be lost or stolen and the card 1/2

@PostOffice I’ve not had any mail for 2 weeks now despite ordering new bank and credit cards. Any chance I can come down the sorting office and pick them up myself?

@PostOffice is it really 60 minutes to speak to someone? I'm sure that's what the recorded message said. My issue is urgent.

@PostOffice Hi. Having problems withdrawing/closing a savings account. Called customer service who say I have to call back during very limited hours Mon-Fri to talk to a specific team and unable to help. Do you have an email address to make a complaint about savings?

@ora78890690 @UKLabour @PostOffice whenever I now order something on line, I will from now on, never ever select the Royal Mail option. Even if it costs me a little more. I'd rather keep the hard working courier's in jobs than this bunch of lazy bar stewards.
