But I’m sure a good half (including me) could have been removed by use of the self-service kiosks. From memory they were out last time I was in, so presumably a long-running problem.

I appreciate people are super busy and there are strikes but next day delivery should be postponed then if it’s not guaranteed

Neale Deacon (@Mean_Old_Scene) reported@PostOffice You should not be promising "Insurance" on a service that @postoffice does not directly provide. Royal Mail offer discretionary "Compensation" for loss or damage depending on the service used. There is no insurance policy.
