@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@PostOffice - you’ve lost my driving licence 11 weeks ago. You don’t reply to emails, your web chat doesn’t work, you don’t have a contact telephone number. Absolute disgrace. I’ve resorted to social media in hope that you respond. Customer care is a complete misnomer. Waiting.

@PostOffice the staff in your Harrow branch (in the back of WH Smith) are so incredibley rude and unhelpful, they treat you like crap when all you want to do is post something. A customer just left is tears cos they were so rude and dismissive to her.
