@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@BearBitesBack @PostOffice If post office Ltd didn't treat their postmasters with absolute contempt, and actually paid them a fair rate for the transactions and services that they carry out, then of course branches may be able to pay staff to run the counter for longer hours etc.

So 8 weeks waiting for response from @PostOffice telecoms why their call agent said I couldn’t cancel deceased mums phone account ‘in case she changed her mind’ just had phone call from a ‘senior complaint handler’ telling me hasn’t bothered to look at complaint as they are busy

@PostOffice The young lad working at the Bristol post office in Broadmead this morning on the self service check out was very rude and had bad attitude when customers were asking for help using the service check out. Not just to myself but to others customers also. Not helpful.

@PostOffice Think your Bushbury Lane Wolverhampton store needs education. Had never heard of BFPO and tried to charge me £10 to send a small parcel recently. Would not even listen to me saying it was wrong. Ended up with more travel to another location for correct service.

@PostOffice unbelievable. Postman comes to wrong side of house making my anxious dog go mad and destroy Mail. Postman already done this before. He was rude. Rang customer services. Woman was talking over me and also rude. Shocking and totally unacceptable. #complaint #badservice

Disgraceful service by @PostOffice My 88 year old, visually disabled mother-in-law has had her phone disconnected today, instead of Monday coming, the day arranged when she moves to a new house. "Nothing we can do until Monday" is your response. Very poor and irresponsible indeed
