As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. After dealing with the Camberwell branch and now their head office appeals team, it genuinely makes you wonder… maybe the Postmasters scandal wasn’t actually a scandal at all. Maybe those convictions were genuine and real after all. The way they dismiss complaints, issue tactical closures left and right, and refuse to take any accountability it all feels far too familiar. #PostOffice #PostmastersScandal #CustomerService
