@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

@TheMendozaWoman But the swap from poor FedEx guy coming on bike through freezing blizzard to pick up an envelope, to going themselves to the PostOffice and struggling with Royal Mail self-check machine as it is an effort to reprogram HAL-9000... Elite meritocrats by all means.

@siany_d @PostOffice It was a returns envelope provided by a fit to fly PCR company. Guaranteed or not it is called track 24 and the results of the test are time dependent in order to fly so they have a duty to provide the service stated. Not more than double the time! surely that is unacceptable?

@siany_d @PostOffice Sian do you work for the postoffice? I feel I’m getting a very unsympathetic viewpoint from you. feels more like a corporate answer defending the company no matter what. Do the post office offer a guaranteed 24 hour service?

@PostOffice Hello, Earlier today I went to our local post office to send a parcel. They are supposed to be open until 5:00pm but I got there at 4:10pm snd the shutters were down. They have done this before, they were closing at 2:30pm until people complained. How do I complain?

@PostOffice 14 days I was supposed to wait for a payment. As you suggested, I contacted your complaints dept. Now I have to wait 40 days for a decision. Your service is worse than pathetic. I have requested details of any ombudsman I can contact but have not received any reply.

@UIDAI Do any rules or guidance to authorized banks to issue tokens in 15 numbers for any kind of aadhar services? If no such rules for banks why not bar those banks /postoffice from providing so-called aadhar services? These services are more harassment for people?
