@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice Second time I’ve seen this after a few weeks, so the Post Office have noted everyone’s concerns and decided they were right anyway. Not dissimilar to the way they ignored the postmasters. The problem seems to be cultural.

@PostOffice @KT57014 I have had exactly the same problem. It just depends on luck who serves you. You get a different price each time. £3.20 for a small padded envelope once.. I was sick of being ripped off so use @Hermes now.

@IndiaPostOffice Consignment EO453536967IN was booked at Keonjhar on 5-Jul21 to Bangalore. Till date it is not delivered. Following the tracking details, hv visited the concerned postoffice 4 times. They are saying parcel is missing and to file a complaint against them.(2nd Post)
