@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@PostOfficeNews Some of us would have loved to keep our branches open for the community but through #PostOfficeScandal we had no choice...yet @PostOffice is still failing to fairly compensate those who exposed the entire scandal. Step up and do the right thing as your CEO suggested #service

@letterappsoc @PieceOfThe_Past Hope you take them to the @postoffice for the stamps to be cancelled. RM don’t routinely cancel large letter or parcel items . And leave them a couple of pence short so the PO gets paid too ! #philatelywillgetyoueverywhere

@HayteratLords Time for @UKLabour to commit to bringing back the @PostOffice back into public ownership &/or control, ESPECIALLY after the false accusations of sub-postmasters scandal. Could be a public network offering banking services etc for areas with no banks. Why isn't Labour more bold?

@PostOffice HELP! I'm an idiot. Just posted a birthday card and as I released it into the box, realised I hadn't put the stamp on. Other than waiting at the box for it's collection in the morning with a stamp, what are my options??

@PostOffice I want the sum of £1.45 retuenrd to me that I have paid to The Post Office Service because my parcel has not been delivered and I consider this to be theft from me and misrepresenting the dear friend who paid for the special delivery service for the item to be at first collected.

@PostOffice It's not just the inconvenience. It's the rude attitude from the staff who opened the door just to refuse to serve me. It's the hous spent packaging things up which is wasted. It wasn't just me either.
