@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@DavidDavisMP Are you a Tory? If so, f*cking do something about it. We all already know it’s a bad idea. We all already know it’s a way to fix outcomes. We know that. Your colleagues are saying “people already need photo ID to pick up parcels at the @PostOffice” which is a lie. Sort it out!

@beachcomberkate @PostOffice @WHSmith All these complaints against this Franchise post offices. Sub post offices have better standards. Maybe the CEO Carl Cowling needs to step up and address these appalling standards of service. That's what happens selling off Crown Offices.

@PostOffice Please send me a link to the 'rules' that make it mandatory for me, as a customer, to tell you what's in my letter before you agree to accept it! At an airport I merely have to confirm that my suitcase doesn't contain a prohibited item - why is the Post Office so "special"?

@PostOffice Thanks Tom but it’s customer service that aren’t helping. Seems like the only way to get it sorted would be if he actually died! The way things are run needs to be addressed by management.

@PostOffice One hour and 7 minutes all told. One customer took nearly half an hour to serve. Which given there was one counter staff and a very energetic man helping with postal issues, meant the rest of us stood for far too long
