@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@IronWorks1990 @PostOffice The clue is in the name of the product! Signed for.... so you will get proof of delivery when it arrives. If you wanted fully tracked you would have had to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The RM website will also confirm it's on it way in the network smdll)l

@notnull_21 Viewing the heavy mails operations and constant failure of network in the Postoffice, the office work of Vastral Po has to be shifted to Odhav IE SO on a temporary basis. As and when the network issue is solved, Postoffice will be relocated at its original place.

@PostOffice disgusted with your Longsight Road branch in Bury. Waited outside in a que, in accordance to Covid protocols for 25 mins to collect a parcel. Staff member then proceeded lock the door in my face because I quote ‘we close at 5.30 pal’. Shocking customer service!
