    @PostOffice Can you can help when I posted my item it was 2nd class signed for and The self-service machine did not print out the receipts so I left not thinking I would need them I did pay by card so I have to credit card transaction as well as the tracking code now the item is now missing

    Just received this reply from @PostOffice (Charlotte) however interestingly given me a new complaint number (CAS-4652456-F5T0K2). They’ve only acknowledged receipt and say a Complaint Handler will be assigned within 15 working days. Until then, further replies won’t be monitored. What’s funny though is this came through just 15 minutes after I tweeted about the situation, I tweeted last one at 8:37am they sent the email at 8:52 am! Coincidence or not, the timing is interesting. All my other email was for not to dispute the appeal decision but request for a fuller explanation of the appeal outcome so it’s interesting that request is being treated as a brand new complaint, and also other part of that request was asking for information if they’re part of a ADR and the contact details, but when I clearly provided the original case number (CAS-4564626-W1G1F8) With 96 complaints as I say in 5 years at Camberwell branch (61.5% tactically closed), this slow, dismissive process is exactly why people lose faith. And I know @PostOffice sees my tweets. It’s time @PostOffice up their game. Either resolve this properly with a reasonable solution and apology, or respect my rights including my right to full transparency and the right to escalate this to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Why should I have to accept someone getting away with verbal abuse? No justice whatsoever. Otherwise, we’re just going to continue this very public spat for as long as it takes.     The @PostOffice really do have some of the worst customer service skills I’ve come across from any company. After dealing with the Camberwell branch and now their head office appeals team, it genuinely makes you wonder… maybe the Postmasters scandal wasn’t actually a scandal at all. Maybe those convictions were genuine and real after all. The way they dismiss complaints, issue tactical closures left and right, and refuse to take any accountability it all feels far too familiar. #PostOffice #PostmastersScandal #CustomerService

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s because profit at the counter is more important than service at some POs. My local is like a bartering situation. They start at the highest price and I have to keep saying “no, I don’t need that, what’s the cheapest?” several times until I get what is quoted online.

    That’s total baloney. Your service is horrible. I thought the Postoffice was the worst in history now you can’t even deliver. Something’s been sitting at the terminal for two freaking days every day. It’s a new excuse and another day added to the delivery time.

    @PostOffice I went on 5 different days to send 2 different parcels. No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?
