    @PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

    @PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

    @PostOffice You can't ask if you're collecting from my safe place when I'm out, or if I post it after using self service, so it seems pointless. I use click and drop and not usually asked, all details are online.

    @PostOffice your travel insurance service through Collinsons is appalling. Painful claims process, no updates, online tracker tells you nothing, and no one answering the phone. You shouldn’t be selling policies if you can’t treat people in a competent and humane fashion.

    I sent a package within the continental USA via USPS Priority Mail service - and it is still tracking to delivery 11 days after being dropped at the postoffice . What's going on with the postal service? Priority payment and expecting priority service - not so true this time.

    @PostOffice Your Barnsley branch is a joke customer's queueing out the door 1 person serving and 1 person on the self service which makes it not self service also very rude unhelpful staff

    @PostOffice 🧵 last wk I took my disabled son to have photos taken in photo booth in Isleworth post office. Unfortunately despite careful use the machine took took the £5 note but did not register the additional 4 x £1 coins = no photos. Reject button not working. I spoke to

    @PostOffice VERY disappointed walked into your Hylands PO, RM11 and just wanted to buy a stamp hand my letter to them and get a proof of posting/receipt. Person behind had never heard of this so I never posted. I go into other PO's and its never a problem.

    @PostOffice Stephen still not got back to me regarding my stamps and issue with 2 Post offices. Also your offer of £2.10 to compensate my voided 2nd class large stamps is shameful. What about my parcel packaging that has been discarded and also my time wasted at the Post Office?
