@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice It started before privatisation where they were put in the position of having to provide the full UK service, while courier companies weren't, but then negotiated for RM to do the 'last mile' at discounted rates. Then, have you seen the profits taken out?

@PostOffice please sort your online opening times out for Oldham delivery office. 3 times I’ve driven there as online it states it is open, for it to be closed. And it isn’t even my closest office and cost a fortune in petrol. Complaint has been sent.

@ShellEnergyHome I still can't access my latest phone bill to download a PDF copy and your website is useless. I'm considering changing provider at this rate. Since you took on @PostOffice telecoms your customer service team doesn't appear to be able to cope.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice paid for Special Delivery twice now. 1st time delivered a day late. 2nd time my letter is still showing at my local post office nearly 36 hours after posting. What’s the point of offering a service you can’t fulfill?

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice The RM has been stripped back and exploited to the point of breaking. Its all about squeezing profit at the expense of service.
