@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice @DeborahMeaden @RoyalMail If you get as bad as EVRI and its sub contractors - Mail missing for 20 days here, there will be a revolte; I swear they are looking for ways to sell lost mail claimed from insurers like lost luggage. It should be illegal, fully, to sell lost items that have had a destination.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail We've had better service from the Royal Mail than from our local Post Office through December - PO was closed more than it was open.... as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike frankly.
