@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

@ClemFandango66 @FionaMi83345859 @PostOffice You start and finish referring and contradicting yourself regarding jabs. My point is regards tech being forced on people unable to take “advantage” of tech. Never look down on people that are unable, for one day that could be you….

We support #SaveOurCash 1 in 4 people use local @PostOffice to access cash and other banking services. It's even more important for those living in rural areas, older people and those on low incomes. We need to protect this vital service

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice I have a business in a small town with thankfully a PO it's the only place people can access cash for miles. Without it if my broadband went down ( which is not unlikely) my business is dead

@CryptoAliB @PostOffice @WithensMan I totally understand what you're trying to say about the importance of cash, but fail to see how putting your cash into a specific account (in this case the Post Office) keeps it as cash. Surely you still need a card or ID to withdraw?

Clem Fandango

@happycabby1 @FionaMi83345859 @PostOffice You related the issue to jabs "There are people in some countries....". My point is that there are many people who say they are "unable" to adapt to NT, but then find that they are suddenly "able" when the alternatives are Skype their grandkids or not see their grandkids at all.

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Where's the PO profit you keep mentioning? Far more profit being made out of small businesses by card processors. The PO is a public service that happens to have been privatised

Hi @PostOffice @BarclaysUKHelp I deposited three cheques into a charity acct using the Barclays envelopes at my local post PO on 28 June. They have not been cashed so assume they have been lost. Who investigates the loss, PO or Barclays? I'm going to cancel the cheques too.
