    Hi @PostOffice, just a quick question for you, is there a particular reason why I’m unable to select my local post office (Hednesford, WS12) as a collection point for a Royal Mail re delivery? It’s strange, as they act as an Amazon Pickup point, but I’ve never been able…

    @Newtfarm @JoHamil73963257 @PostOffice TRY to shit. Let’s see how we go. I’m not letting those cretinous slugs have me slip on their trails of slime into negativity again (like I did last night)! ONCE MORE UNTO THE BREACH 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice This must be the strategic move to CLOSE DOWN all post offices

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Every "modern" system these days is just making life absolutely ridiculous. Everything is just "Stupid-Town" these days.

    @paulgilly @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Bad news for P.O. employees though.

    The @PostOffice really do have some of the worst customer service skills I’ve come across from any company. After dealing with the Camberwell branch and now their head office appeals team, it genuinely makes you wonder… maybe the Postmasters scandal wasn’t actually a scandal at all. Maybe those convictions were genuine and real after all. The way they dismiss complaints, issue tactical closures left and right, and refuse to take any accountability it all feels far too familiar. #PostOffice #PostmastersScandal #CustomerService

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Is this because Royal Mail wants cut out the post office completely, they are already converting post boxes to accept parcels with qr code readers, by passing the post office selling likely removes a large part of their commission and only pay a small handling fee

  • AnonSocials
    Anon Socials (@AnonSocials) reported

    @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Post Office has absolutely nothing to do with the Royal Mail - totally separate businesses. RM understandably don't want to have to pay the Post Office fees/commissions so encourage people to buy online. Also better for customer service issues afterwards.

    @katiegilchrist @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Bet you be the first to moan if needed compensation from the courier and hadn’t paid for the service that covers your items

    @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Quashing convictions is no good unless they are removed from any DBS checks, if they still show on a DBS check they are still funding you guilty by default. And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service

    @SparkMinus When you make a sale online, a shipping label is provided, you just need to package it yourself and have your postal service either pick it up from your house or drop it off at the postoffice. Both are free

  • Julian2017124
    julian (@Julian2017124) reported

    @PostOffice have now rejected my appeal (CAS-4635853-Q1P0W7) regarding the abuse I experienced at the Camberwell branch. After my FOI revealed 96 complaints in just 5 years at that single branch with a shocking 61.5% tactical closure rate they still refuse to uphold my complaint or even give a proper apology. They’re clearly gatekeeping the branch to keep it open, and this level of customer mistreatment is completely unacceptable in 2026. Post Office Management need to realise: I’m not going to let this go away until a reasonable resolution has been made. My next step is to take it to an independent body. However, @PostOffice still hasn’t informed me whether they’re part of any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or process something they are required to do. I’ve already referred the matter to Trading Standards and requested all records under GDPR. The fight continues. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice
