@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@PostOffice I am still waiting for a reply to my messages. I want to know when the post office is going to provide excellent customers at your branches and on the phone. What have you done since I made my complaint?

@PostOffice this branch has places for four members of staff and I have never seen four people serving customers and on Friday there were two and a queue of 20 people. I want to know what has changed since I made a complaint?

@PostOffice Thank you so much for your help with this Tom. Just to clarify that this behaviour was pre covid so I don’t think covid was ever an excuse. I used to buy my stamps at the counter but I don’t anymore. I do it online and go for proof of postage to avoid my frustration.

@PostOffice If I want to find out the balance of my loan (there really needs to be an online service for this) do I have to speak to an actual advisor or is it via an automated menu that will tell me? I don’t want to sit and wait for up to an hour just to find out the balance 🙄

@GeoffJD @PostOffice That's terrible. They had hardly anything available . Even first class was only books. Poor stock control or profiteering?

@PostOffice Well usually if you put a complaint into somewhere you usually find out the resolution to your complaint, but judging from your attitude in the response 'what further is it you are wanting to know,' you have no customer service attributes either.
