    I get a text from @RoyalMail I go to the @PostOffice and they can't find my parcel, I call the dedicated redelivery service and genuinely want to commit suicide. Keep the parcel, honestly not worth my time.

    Dear @PostOffice why are you threatening to move my Internet service to Shell Energy when you are not the provider of my Internet Service? Even if you were my ISP Shell Energy is the, last company I would want to give my business to.

    @PostOffice Why should I have to ring a helpline and wait in a queue when I can log and see details of the policy, add a new card, etc? And why has your chat service been off all day?

    @MattTaxi @TGeorgeLDN @PostOffice I couldn’t put my card details on. I don’t know when they would take the money that way. I like to pay the postoffice I’ve done it every time that way without any issues. The other way knowing my luck I’d get a bank charge before tfl opened the letter and processed my details

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Definitely Royal Mail ...U have lost the item we have receipt... insured up to £7500 ..a product the post office are selling on behalf and endorsed by Royal Mail Walk into any Post office and you can by this service sold by staff trained by Royal Mail your response in incorrect
