@PostOffice Hi, my issue is that I haven't been able to officially make a complaint. There is nothing to look into because the Post Office complaints forms and emails don't work. There is nothing that Stephen can be looking into yet. I want to speak to someone so I can make the complaint!

  • Fairy_Foot Mia (@Fairy_Foot) reported

@PostOffice @NPhilatelics Up until September, my main crown did stock special issues stamps. September, they had only miniature sheets (and perhaps presentation packs) for Transformers & Marines. Called it a trial to not get the stamps. I tend to spend £50+ on commemorative issues especially with £1.85.

  • RetiredRevsMrs Sue Milton (@RetiredRevsMrs) reported

@PostOffice Probably not with strikes in November - but who can afford to send them - such a terrible price only for the rich

  • shankarsweety karthick shankar (@shankarsweety) reported

I booked a parcel YA561413335IN through india post on 01.10.2022 but still now not yet reach to customer. After 03.10.2022 no updates. So please update as soon as possible #indiapost #PostOfficeInquiry #postoffice

  • brian_lewis67 Brian Lewis (@brian_lewis67) reported

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice Cost wise not a chance but my postman has never thrown a delivery over my side gate or put it in my garden waste bin.

  • Chris_Jubb Chris Jubb (@Chris_Jubb) reported

@PostOffice Charles Street PO, Sheffield refused to swap old stamps for new barcoded ones saying they'd already sent theirs (old ones) back. Server was rude and obnoxious to my mum (who doesn't use social media). Should they have swapped her stamps for her?

  • fatalgrizzly fatalgrizzly (@fatalgrizzly) reported

@PostOffice Between 10:00-10:30. Always issues there and seems pointless to have it.

  • alpine_mauve Rich_P #StandWithUkraine (@alpine_mauve) reported

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice Privatisation and poor management. Both are household names, yet cut everything back to the bone to maximise profit. It should have been left in public ownership on a not for profit basis

  • stuartcturnbull Stuart Turnbull (@stuartcturnbull) reported

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice It started before privatisation where they were put in the position of having to provide the full UK service, while courier companies weren't, but then negotiated for RM to do the 'last mile' at discounted rates. Then, have you seen the profits taken out?

  • kbear58 A Kerr (@kbear58) reported

@PostOffice Can you sort out the problem whereby customers with EDF smart cards are advised to redeem their £66 vouchers in the Post Office, but the Post Office is unable to process them?
