@discogs Is it common for a paid item (I'm the customer in this case) to go missing whilst in transit, please? Its happened to me for the first time. Item paid a week ago and sent around the same time. Proof of postage sent to me via the seller. (@RoyalMailHelp, @PostOffice)

  • lenkaloser pengwing (@lenkaloser) reported

@PostOffice Courtney, it's a 2-D barcode/QR code that's sent by the company to the customer which PO then scans and generates a postage label from. You should know this.

@PostOffice The staff in your Tonbridge office need a bit of customer service training. No assistance offered, asked for help, she didn’t even turn round to reply, no eye contact. Miserable, couldn’t be bothered. Monday 24th at 10.30am. #getanewjob

What an absolutely crap service from the @PostOffice. Called with a parcel on Monday when we’re we’re out and failed to leave it in our ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour. Supplier said they deliver again yesterday, they didn’t. Went to depot today & it’s shut! 💩company 🤬

  • sosborne4 Simon Osborne (@sosborne4) reported

@clayshooter53 @nickwallis Now @PostOffice has a new CEO, Parker can be replaced as chair. Will he jump or will he wait to be pushed? Better to take off like a ***** shirt than hang around like a bad smell.
