@superneatfun @PostOffice The post office may well report this however WHSmiths is a franchise post office and they are in charge of staff not the post office I work for a similar franchise and we would be willing to staff more however our hours are determined by the franchise and they are never enough...

@PostOffice This has has been going on for weeks now! Last week they shut at 4.30, so I purposely made my way down early today before then, only to get there and find out they shut at 2pm…How are we meant to post stuff off with no actual opening times to go by?! It’s complete guesswork. 😤

@PostOffice £1000 missing from my account .. after depositing way back 30/10/2021 at one of your branches .. I have emailed customer service on the 7th November and still no work back also a complaint was raised on Monday the 8th .. still no word back!!!

@PostOffice All lies!!! Sort out your I.T., can't complete a transaction when account has more funds than required for transaction. No wonder there isn't a Royal approval on the company you work for. Royal mail won't be for much longer either. Really poor about everything.

Only @RoyalMail could get my package on Wednesday morning at the Manchester Sorting Office and still not have delivered it by Friday. DHL did their job, why can’t our mail service do theirs? #RoyalFail #postoffice
