    @PostOffice I sent two emails to local MPs using your link. They were both rejected by the email system and bounced back unsent.... Please rectify this problem. This is important!

    @Ti_ti___ @PostOffice Not everyone has access to a bank account. Many OAPs also prefer to use cash. Whats the issue about using cash anyway? You use your card if you prefer. Tbh your tweet is a childish response.

    @age_uk @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Absolutely! I’ve started to deliberately use cash where I can to help protect older folk and to teach children the value of real money (which cannot be done by tapping a card). Sadly many businesses have used Covid as an excuse for becoming cashless. Thanks for the post!

    @PostOffice Yes they phoned a help line who told them that they could accept them as they are Sterling. PO workers should have a basic understanding of the currency of the UK. There are notes other that The Bank of England, really basic stuff if you are acting as bank and currency exchange.

    @PostOffice I spoke to the WHSmith Area manager, and he was not interested in sorting out the issues - We are a business that posts daily, and we are unable to get to another Post Office -They have probably been closed for 10 days in the last few months & closed early afternoon about 20times

    @PostOffice My mother went to post office to get her grant,unfortunately she couldn't get her grant because the money is stolen by post office employees...now we are stranded with no food because her stolen grant is the one she use to support family.

    @Oocnan @PostOffice Dont be stupid about it. My point was more that you could get cash by adding cashback to the food shop. It does not show on a bank statement and is a lot less noticeable than pulling money out of a wallet (most people know how much they have in cash) yes the story was extraneous
