@PostOffice It’s the main branch, Unicorn Way, Glenrothes, Fife. Definitely never been made aware. 48+ hours is not acceptable.

@PostOffice a bit of a **** move to have your post officers ring a door bell then leave a package IN THE RAIN! What ******** is that?!

@PostOffice Behind the counter, all customer-facing. I understand they can't force people, but they should at least mention it to them. It's the Peckham Road branch. I had to post something today and felt extremely unsafe, as there were 5 people this morning in the queue inside without masks

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith Write a direct letter of complaint to the Chief Executive of Royal Mail. They hate it but you do get a response.

@dolphinpcb @WhatDoTheyKnow @PostOffice Good man Peter, no chance of getting it though, but I never thought the £58m settlement agreement would be made public and it was. If you do not ask you do not get.

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith It’s disgusting Sam. Royal Mails standards have really slipped: I know it’s been busy but we’ve known since March there’s a pandemic. They’re SO unprepared. I’ve had 3 orders arrive smashed this week that I sent on 11th December. Awful service. Hope you get sorted.

@PostOffice Well, seeing as it was due to the post office branch that the posting was delayed, a guaranteed service should have been offered as a way of apologising. It's not my fault the staff couldn't figure out how to sell a few postage stamps.

@GandMBB @PostOffice Thanks mate - no, I thought I was doing well, was doing well, tomorrow a year since a breakdown destroyed Christmas day. Yesterday I was broken. Now a blubbering mess. I really hope for bad things to happen to those who did this to us, including the inept MP @scullyp the imbecile
