@WordMercenary Sadly the #OnlineSafetyAct is of a piece with the #PostOffice scandal & its root in the decision to treat computer evidence as Gospel, despite warnings from #IT specialists Once again the experts said if you must do this bloody stupid thing don’t do it in this bloody stupid way.

@virginmedia is the prime example of poor customer outcomes. Following their systems migration with @O2, they are issuing bills they cannot explain and charges for 'unreturned' equipment that has been returned. All this, while over relying on #ChatBots and operating process that leave them unable to verify customers based on data viewable within the customers' dashboards. How?! This reminds me the issue with the #PostOffice. Save yourself the hassle and find another provider. #VirginMediaI are useless and will frustrate you!

@BritisherPaz49 Prepaid card is the way forward. I used ome I'm America with no problem, even for a hire car. I picked mine up at the postoffice. Part of the Mastercard system.

@chrisclarkcpfc @PostOffice almost certainly would mean a reduction in services when the office that’s now a tyre shop in stafford road moved to a sweet shop , the sweet shop didn’t do a high value (registered ) service if they’re lucky existing staff maybe offered EVR ?

@PostOffice Shut the lot down - the entire company is not fit for purpose!

  • WorldFruityG WorldFruityG (@WorldFruityG) reported

@stugoo17 @PostOffice They really should just shut the whole damn company down - it really doesn't offer any service any longer that isn't available cheaper elsewhere. They have an army of staff who do absolutely naff-all, because all of the work was farmed out, and then steal money to pay them with.
