Hello @Roku. I’m having issues with the Hulu app. I’ve done a reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All the other apps work fine. Checked for updates. I’ve reset my modem and router and still nothing. I keep getting the error message “ We’re having trouble playing this”

@TennisTV App does not work on Roku TV. Constant error message saying video has corrupt data and to try another video. None work two days in a row for any matches. Really bad.

@hulu_support It's not just your app. All my apps on my @Roku device say they are not connecting including Hulu. Gives me the video playback error. But I have full connection and Roku device says Excellent Connection

@Roku i bought a Roku Premiere about 5 weeks ago. Worked great for 1 month, but now I get an overheating warning after 30 minutes of use. It's out in the open and not near a heat source. What can I do? Please help!

@PBSKIDS Thanks. Using Roku and looks like the issue started when Roku made their latest software update on April 6. Not sure if that’s the cause but timing matches up

@NESN Your app just stopped working on Roku, FYI. Was watching the game and it stopped and now when I click "Watch Now" nothing happens. Tried logging out and back in, etc. App sendy to have broken.

@FOXSportsGOHelp can you please fix your system? RSNs not showing up in either the Roku app, web i-face, or Android app. At&t u-verse login. Lots of people having issues. The Bally's roll out is going horrible.

@Valkrss the only time things looked "correct" was straight from the tv's smart apps. like, youtube on my TV straight from the roku part of it looks great. issue is the network capabilities are EXTREMELY lacking.

@hulu_support Is streaming down? I have gotten a "We're having trouble loading your shows..." message for two hours. All other streaming services on Roku are working fine so not an internet problem.

@MattJH I have a Roku box too. I set everything up on Flex, got my Peacock login info, and tried on Roku. Got right in with the same information, so I'm going to ride with that instead of figuring how where to plug in yet another device around my TV.

@zach_graham_74 @FrankPeteani Just wait until you try it on Roku and find out the screen is off centered and enlarged, at random, about half the time. You have to downgrade your resolution, open the app, close the app, then go back and reset your resolution again. This has been a known issue since December.

Hey, @peacockTV, your @Roku app is enlarged and off centered about 50% of the time on the Ultra 2020. My settings are fine. My TV is compatible. This only every effects Peacock. It’s an absolute pain to attempt to fix. How has this not been resolved?

@paramountplus I tried to upgrade today and spend money. Instead I go round and round with @Roku only to find there is a technical problem. Bottom line I cannot upgrade and spend money today.

@FearsomeCritter The separate device that you plug into a TV has worked well for us for a few years now. But I recommend against getting one of the TVs that uses Roku as an operating system--a so-called "smart TV". They are, in fact, super-dumb TVs and don't work as well.

@IndyCarChick @peacockTV No Amazon Fire app either. I’ll probably get a Roku, but I’m just pisssssed that I pay $10 a month for the service and have to pay for another device to make it work. I’m a super fan, so of course I’ll do it, but it’s really sub optimal for growing a fan base.
