Hey @TabloSupport, why doesn’t surround sound for @TabloTV work on the Chromecast with GoogleTV? Surround sound is turned on. It works on my @Roku set up to the same TV and AV system with the same settings

@dustinh23 So far no one has let me know but if you’re ok with watching on a laptop I got a great site for you to use then. I guess some streaming devices it will work too if you can enter a URL I know Roku can’t though 👎

@HBOMaxHelp Those steps did not help and this is a much larger issue for all late model Roku TVs. App Build 50.8 is NOT available on Roku.

@redsoxstats Not sure about that. From everything I’ve seen/heard/read, it looks like most of the blame lies on NESN. Which is unfortunate. At this point, I wish I could just pay $5/month and stream NESN content directly via their app on my Roku TV. Might need 2 borrow a login from my parents

@HBOMaxHelp #WW84 is too choppy to watch on a brand new 4K Roku TV. Audio plays fine; internet is fine. Other content plays properly. Get your DolbyVision/4K act together. FIX IT NOW! Just joined HBOmax and will leave as quickly. #HBOMax #pathetic

But people like myself saw it in the theater, I don't think HBO Max had had anything this big yet and I hope they're ready for it. (Especially as they branch out to Roku and work on foreign markets, increasing viewer count)

Another tip.. after fixing your subscription, if your fire stick is having issues uninstall the app and reinstall :) (I have roku and had no issue)

@MaugraysLC13 @RealMattCouch Just my opinion, but ihink it won't be announced. ahead of time, bc what was being censored last night was a show on Real America's Voice channel thru Roku. Some of those networks are having issues too. I'm expecting an alert at this point..

@lmessenger_dl Limited things to watch. I lost my job so am cutting corners- no HBO. I have antenna tv with Roku with which I can watch Netflix and Prime Video. I should just start drinking more wine and start painting again- I’m terrible at both.

This has been going on for too long; no one will address the issue, but you have no problem continuing to charge people for the service. I've sent numerous emails w/o a single response.

@waltmossberg I love you Walt but that’s not correct. Roku & FireTV are 80% of viewership not Apple TV. My option; it’s an over priced device that has struggled to do anything better than it’s competitors with the worst remote in its class.
