@RokuSupport I’m in the UK and have recently purchased a Roku 4K streaming stick 3820EU. When I try to use BBCiPlayer it says it is not available. I have tried removing the app, soft reboot and reinstall. I have also tried a factory reset but it still comes up with the same error

@seabs215 I just worry that they are both 4K at minimum and look at what type of system they run. I prefer either an android or Roku TV personally. That’s probably the main differences. Personally, I love my TCL. Would just check the ratings to make sure neither of issues breaking

@RokuSupport @space_tom This issue doesn't seem unusual, a quick scroll through the messages suggests it's happening to quite a few people at the moment. iPlayer is not working on some Roku devices. Updating, Removing/reinstalling or rebooting doesn't fix it either.

Reasons to not like this: 1. Roku has a great business of its own. It's FCF positive (FCF margin of about 15% despite supply chain issues) 2. Netflix would become anyone's enemy, not just $DIS but also $AMZN & $GOOGL 3. Roku could make money from NFLX if it would add ads. (2/3)

@Ask_Spectrum is there an outage with the spectrum tv app. I turned it on this morning and immediately told me to call then made me sign in. I signed in and still won’t. It’s on a Roku tv and iPhone. The iPhone app doesn’t even give an option to sign in. It just tells you to call

@followtheh @JamiePastore9 $ROKU's hardware biz lowers/augments $NFLX customer acquisition costs (and could help with retention by owning the OS experience) NFLX needs to pivot to ads. ROKU has that capability fully built out including relationships with all the big advertisers.

@Dr_Kalmia It’s the only one that always works for me ON Roku. Netflix is 2nd. Worst is Apple TV.
