    @santanderuk I had the most horrendous time with your bank I’ve already switched what a terrible service and trash staff I’m advising all my friends and family do not bank with these people

    @santanderuk I’ve reported fraudulent transactions on our acc. today, but trying to rack my brains how/why? And mayb a bit crazy but they were done on Monday, was it anything to do with Fbook, Insta & WA going down? Did fraudsters take advantage? B interesting if any1 else same?

    @AmexUK @santanderuk .... sort your **** out.... Amex you have now requested 4x money from my card but claim to have only done it once. Santander are saying the opposite but can't do anything about it. Meanwhile I am left with no money in my bank and charges. #worstbank

    @santanderukhelp Enact Conveyancing Ltd are an absolutely terrible company, you @santanderuk appointed this **** shower of a company to manage our re-mortgage. They haven’t and it’s now cost us hundreds of £££’s

    @santanderuk Set up a joint account but only he gets emails about the switch. I set it up so why is he getting the main emails? We've both got login emails and post so why not the switch too? Not the first time this has happened when the man gets the details and not the woman!

    @TfL @santanderuk have spent 40 mins today on two occasions searching for docking stations (7 on total). Very poor logistics and really poor customer experience.

    @santanderuk has to be the worst online experience I've had for several years. Phones support doesn't work. Literally have no idea how to talk to someone about me account. Hopeless!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp #switch @MartinSLewis again I’ve switched current account and had issues with not all of my payments being switched automatically- I thought this was meant to be easy ? Why are things getting put on hold?
