    @santanderuk is the most broken bank I've ever experienced. Hours on hold to unlock an account that they blocked due to their own errors. Twice in a month.

    @Miffy45 @santanderuk Its horrendous especially for Business customers, machine was out of service and the ladies at the counter refused to deposit my cheque as all business banking is to be done at machine only, stupidest thing ever.

    @santanderuk I tried to block freeze my card in app it won't let me and I can't stop International payments they now have my money not happy with you why can't I freeze it ?

    The @santanderuk cycle app has been broken for entering card details for about two months. Told @TfL and there are numerous complaints on social media but still broken. Another boost for the electric scooters and bikes.

    As a customer of @santanderuk I wanted to open an Acc for a non-profit. Started on 18th March. It's now 18th May and still no account set up!! Had a call to say I was going to get a call and *3* letters on how to escalate to ombudsman. Attend to the org issue! #SupportUkraine

    @santanderuk locked out of account (for no good reason) whilst making critical transaction. 45 mins of 'I'm very sorry to keep you waiting...' Need to leave to make daily call with parents. Dreadful service - will be filing a complaint. Critical transaction has failed.

    It's been two years and my wife has yet to get her refund from the holiday she booked with Truly Travel. No-one seems to be helping us. We keep getting passed pillar to post. Please help @santanderuk @ATOLprotected @UK_CAA Not sure the Travel Trust Association is on Twitter
