  @santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Get this for customer service. Range 1pm re Fraud Case on hold for 1 hour. Range different number then whilst query some details the agent hung up (on a Fraud case!). Then got through to someone helpful but had to pass me to another department. ...1

  @santanderuk 2nd time in a matter of weeks we've had the misfortune of dealing with you with awful service both times. Your staff were turning customers away at the door last time. Glad we've now shut my son's account, @HalifaxBank couldn't have been more helpful to my wife.

  @santanderukhelp After 3.5 hours waiting I got to speak to someone. I gave my details and he cut me off. He could ring back but he hasn’t. What a disgraceful service you have. Rarely come across anything as bad as this @santanderuk

  Anyone else have issues with @santanderuk refusing card payments tonight online? Have a car seat to buy and card being refused. (again) No issue with funds. Nothing but issues with them, worst thing I ever did switching.
