Does anybody actually ever answer phones anymore? Put an auto chatbot in place that never answers the issue and the. Expect you to sit on hold for hours. Many culprits. Today was @santanderuk and @lpoolcouncil
Congratulation @Santanderuk, I've now been holding on, waiting for you to answer the phone, for OVER ONE HOUR. You have to train staff to provide such an awful service :(

God the amount of condescending talking down to we got at Santander bank Scarborough is bloody unacceptable, especially from someone who wasn't solving our issue. I expect more professional attitudes @santanderuk , this is not good enough.
