@santanderuk how can you shut down so many branches, reduce opening hours, and then the one central bank you have for an area refuses to do counter services because there are ‘only 3’ employees when the whole bank is empty. Santander Tottenham an absolute disgrace this morning

@santanderuk your service is shocking. I've had an account with you for 20 odd years and that's ending now......just spent 3 days on hold and being passed around the wrong departments and finally you assured me the problem was rectified......low and behold nothing had been done

@santanderuk Trying to change my email address to receive statements, but I get the message "The contact already exists. PS_0785" and then still get emails to my old address! How do I fix this?

@ciarale01 @santanderuk Sorry this has happened. You will receive more scam calls and emails just ignore the emails and put the phone down if it happens again. If you have an iPhone, there is a block feature to block phone numbers. Hope you get your money back.

@santanderuk I was given a phone number to report application fraud 01908343925 and told it was open till 9, but it went to someone’s answerphone? Pls provide a number to report fraud to a human being - your website is useless

@santanderuk you and your consumer finance department have left my parents in a £2000 unarranged overdraft due to an error on your end. You have left them with no money for 2 weeks. They still haven't been reimbursed for the money you mistakenly took. What a joke! Fix it please.
