@santanderuk why is it impossible to do a live chat with a human being or send an email to yourselves ? Not everyone has the capability of calling during working hours !
Why is @santanderuk still showing branches on their website as open, when in fact they’re permanently closed? I had a fruitless and frustrating visit to the Strand today which was a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
@lukeaaronmoore @santanderuk Try @HandelsbankenUK they have superb customer service and treat you more due to personal circumstances rather than what a credit file may say
@lukeaaronmoore @santanderuk Switched to First direct about three years ago. They haven’t let me down yet.
@santanderuk I have just spent over 40 minutes on hold to have the phone put down on me when it was finally answered.

@sainsburys The bank have referred me back to you with an authorisation code. Does anyone actually want to take responsibility for this and help me get my money back or am I doomed to a future as a ping ping ball? @santanderuk @sainsburys
@santanderuk i’ve been trying to call the help centre for 30minutes. Because i’m having trouble logging into my online account and The chat service is of no help too. Why is the helpline service so slow. I’ve been wasting my time just to speak to someone about my money!!
Second let down of the day. @SantanderUK I requested a contactless disabled card. Was sent a normal one. As I don't have your app (no smartphone) told (via online chat)I have to go to my local branch. Local Branch closed some months ago! Tried phoning hung up after an hour.
@santanderuk My card has not been working for 6 days. Now it says on my online account I have no debit cards associated with my account. So I cant even order a new one. What is going on?
@santanderukhelp Although I've been told it is under review and unable to accept or send money, my wage has entered the account but I am not allowed to access it? This is simply no good enough, no access to my own money and given no reason why this is the case. Awful customer service @santanderuk
I was informed on Friday that the switch over from my previous bank had been successful, to now be without access to money online, my pay bouncing back to my employer, with rent and other direct debits due to come out tomorrow, simply not good enough. @santanderuk
Absolutely appalled with @santanderuk after switching to only find out they have blocked my card for the foreseeable future with no explanation given why, spent 2 hours at the Victoria LDN branch whilst I should have been at work. Now no pay on pay day, and no access to money.

@santanderuk I am a very new customer to Santander Bank UK and I have already had problems trying to register for online bank, I cannot get my Password and security registered or accepted over numerous attempts, please can someone help me with this?

@santanderuk my husband had a card payment declined so he used another account with a different bank to pay. 5 mins later my husband got a fraud message about the payment he tried to make, nobody is answering the phones! Please help to sort.

Hi @santanderuk. So you block me from transferring money out of my account. Block me from accessing the account online and then hang up on me when 30 mins elapses on me waiting for you to answer my call to your fraud department?
@santanderuk when is the card payment issue going to be fixed? I'm now getting updates from subscription services that they can't go through because of this.
