    @firstdirecthelp my 3rd unsuccessful call to get my first direct app transferred to my new phone. Still not fixed - different answer every time. Now have to wait for the post for a 2nd week for another code!! @santanderuk @HalifaxBank no problems!!

    Four weeks later, still can’t pay in my cash! 😡😡last week it could only accept cheques, this week it *said* it could accept cash and as soon as I pressed it, it came up with an error! Utterly, utterly useless! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk Would you tweet the same if this was me, a Santander customer for over 25 years .... hmmmm 🤔 I doubt it. Most likely my family would be asked to pay back my overdraft, with interest of course!. Not that they would mind, as obviously you do have Ant and Dec as dependents 👶👶

    @santanderuk can’t even explain WHY they won’t support a long standing customer in a blatant case of fraud. No explanation- just, No. sucks big time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. To a bank who looks after it’s customers.

    Absolutely ragin’ at the lack of support from @cheshirepolice and @santanderuk regarding my case of fraud. The police literally won’t speak to me, and the bank won’t explain why they won’t help me. Complaint against the bank did me no good. Now to complain about the police.

    @santanderuk not being funny guys, but if you're going to close your high street branches at the ridiculous time of 2pm on a weekday, don't advertise you have external machines that can be used to pay in money when they are out of service. What an absolute waste of an hour.

    @thequentinletts Not only are they not found the banks are not playing fair. My mum (85, deaf, clearly vulnerable) lost £995 to an Amazon Prime scam. @santanderuk did not help .. still not helping. We are with the ombudsman. Taking months !

    @santanderuk not very happy with the response from mortgage services..been a customer of Santander for over 15 years but you are no longer reasonable or fair..your more interested in getting more richer daily by charging more interest..when others less fortunate are struggling!
