    @santanderuk Woeful service. Trying to report lost card since before 8pm this evening. On hold for 2h 45m and counting. Can’t use app as phone was lost also. online banking via chat bot - useless. Now have to go to bed uncertain about account security. Pitiful.

    I have been kept waiting for 40 minutes by @santanderuk's call centre. Such delays are caused by underinvestment in the service. The solution is to employ more call handlers, If they can't recruit enough here they can go abroad,

    @santanderuk I’ve been on hold waiting for the phone to be answered for 35 minutes now. Not the service expected. I don’t believe that you’re sorry I’m still holding! Can someone please answer the phone!!!

    @santanderuk this is a joke my partners card has expired on the 31st of October she has not had a new card, she cannot order one online as it says sorry technical error, she rings and gets told its busy then after 20 mins she just gets put on a never ending ring what's going on

    @santanderuk switch has been a shamble. All my money is in this new account which I cannot access because I’ve not been given a card yet and I can’t access online banking. Your live chat is just robots who aren’t helping and I’ve been in a queue on the phone for a very long time

    @santanderuk You are trashing my business! Non @VodafoneUKBiz texts haven't been working in my area for months, so no OTP's so can't set up new payments. Online chat not working on my PC (advised to use another -don't have one) 40 mins on phone, sent me stuff that needs OTP =QED

    Been with @santanderuk since I was a baby & the one time I need their help. I spend 1 hour 23 minutes on hold to be told you need to place your request online. Now I’m on line I can submit as it won’t accept any photos 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Maybe a change is needed !!!

    My call to @santanderuk appeared to be answered after 57 minutes delay. The number rang several times and then it went dead. I kept shouting "hello" down the line to no avail. The result is that I have wasted an hour for nothing.

    @santanderuk credit cards are an absolute disgrace. Overseas and card blocked - no one answering on customer services. Spent 45 mins on hold and the line went dead… terrible service
