    @santanderuk Have been trying to get hold of Santander Consumer Finance. Online payments are not going through, customer service aren’t answering emails and constantly stuck on hold when calling. Please advise urgently.

    @ilona_mclean @santanderuk High Street bank branches often run like other retail shops. Especially the counter service. Not talking stock trading or financial services here. It comes down to 'unskilled' jobs no longer providing ordinary workers a way to sustain a basic life without welfare payments.

    @santanderuk how bad is this, a staff at Santander calls Mr Shah (which was supposed to me) but another chap gets up and goes to the Santander stuff. Shouldn’t the staff have said the full name and checked they have the right customer?

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoken to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp on the phone already. They say it's an issue with our provider - Three 5G broadband. It's odd now both you and Santander say it's not a known issue when other people are having it too. Maybe it's the constantly changing IP address?

    Anyone who banks with @santanderuk having issues with payments declining due to the 3D authentication failing, but it’s not actually giving you an OTP or asking you to authorise the payment on the santander app? Don’t know what to do 🫠

    Hey @santanderuk don’t you think it’s a bit ridiculous to send me out of your app app to sign up for your new rewards scheme and then ask for card details+CVV when you know who I am anyway as I came from your app. Do you not trust your own apps security or just terrible design?

    @santanderuk so your website says to call you if you need help and advice ref mortgage payment difficulties but when you call to ask for help just until the house sells you say there’s nothing u can do. I would suggest you change the website as u are giving a false impression

    Over 13hrs on the phone to @santanderuk over 7 different calls to get my account unblocked only to get blocked again with no reason/concern. Passed between departments & the one that can help don't work weekends. This is no good to someone who relies on this account to pay bills

    @santanderuk can I ask what is the point of asking me 20 questions about whether I’m comfortable about a payment for me to answer yes to each one, with ID verification & then you block said payment and lock me out of my account?! Then when I try and call your lines are shut! 👏🏼😒

    I am appaled by the service of @santanderuk My dad died in May. I've tried to remove his name from the joint accounts with my mum. I have told them numerous times that mum is still alive. Today, they've closed all accounts! Lines are busy "helping" other customers

    @santanderuk you are the worst bank in the Uk and you know it. Anyway I had to send a paper document to change my address abroad… it has been 2 weeks and nothing done. How possible is that? How slow can you be!? Well please change my address asap please! This bank is a disaster!
