@santanderuk Hi. I waited 30 mins for my call to be answered. A lovely polite lady picked up my call. She went to speak to her manager 35 mins ago. I'm still on hold..... . .... Anyone working there still or have you all gone home?

@santanderuk you deserve to go to jail and go bankrupt. Frankly a 3.25% on top of the base rate is usurious! You are a form of loan shark. We can’t even change a mail address on your website… not sure you do much with the money you steal from people. Scammers.

Received a message from @santanderuk about somebody else's account. No E-MAIL address on-line to report it and their "live chat" just gives me generated computer responses - no help at all! 🤬

Not impressed @santanderuk. 24 mins on hold for someone to answer & then drop the call as I didn't have account number due to my internet going down. 😡 Very poor customer service
