KATT INTERNATIONAL (@KATT_INTL) reported@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

Daryl M (@MyBallsWazHot) reported@santanderuk any chance of someone from customer services picking the phone up??? Taking ages
-
AP (@andyparsons3) reported@santanderuk you said that yesterday and the day before. 3 days without access or an update is appalling way to treat your customers
-
Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.

Paul (@tooshortplanks) reportedJust contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

Stuart Barker (@stubarkermfc) reported@santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

AP (@andyparsons3) reportedNothing says “we value you as a customer” like locking a paying customer out of their own money with zero explanation for most of a working day. @santanderukhelp @santanderuk @bancosantander
