@santanderuk baffling call with your customer services, I’m trying to be able to see my mortgage, and bank accounts on the same online banking/Santander app… And apparently that is not possible?!

@santanderuk impossible to get through, on hold forever, and constantly redirected to online ... then you quit the queue, go online and it tells you that you can only do action by calling! ridiculous.

@santanderuk I've been on telephone hold for 45 minutes now - I just want to change the bank account that pays our mortgage and your chat option wont connect me either. Such poor customer service 🤬

Just had to get @santanderuk to block @envato a company that you can subscribe for for seven days free but then they will still charge you even though you unsubscribe within the seven day trial!
