@santanderuk 27 minutes and still in the telephone queue, crap service. And the reason for calling is nothing about me you have just simply frozen some transactions without notifying me. I have a purchase frozen thanks to your crap service.

You go through the stress of someone stealing from your account and this is how @santanderukhelp @santanderuk handle it. They have no care about you as a customer. I have never been treated so badly. Totally shaken by the fraud and now I am being treated so badly @BBCNews

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Get this for customer service. Range 1pm re Fraud Case on hold for 1 hour. Range different number then whilst query some details the agent hung up (on a Fraud case!). Then got through to someone helpful but had to pass me to another department. ...1

@santanderukhelp After 3.5 hours waiting I got to speak to someone. I gave my details and he cut me off. He could ring back but he hasn’t. What a disgraceful service you have. Rarely come across anything as bad as this @santanderuk

@santanderuk why do you block my account access when I'm transferring money to another bank account of mine? I can't reach your security team via phone, your online bot doesn't understand "blocked access", your branch can't fix the problem either. Traditional banks are a joke...

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to someone (I was put through by one operative) for over an hour. Your website can’t help me. My card isn’t working and no-one knows why. This is really poor.
