@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

@santanderukhelp You have provided incorrect information. You said depends on how late. @santanderuk gives the credit score agencies this information on a customer if they are 1 day late. Without advising the customer. T&C's are just not cutting it. Call a customer, send a letter.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp never have I come across such a slow and outdated banking app as yours. I can’t check my personal details. Notifications don’t work properly. Online chat service needs to improve and response times need to be quicker. Time to leave perhaps.

Seriously @AskNationwide 😒😭... took 3 months to sort out leaving help to buy... and now we're at 6 weeks from drawing equity because your online system sucks. Complaints, emails , phone calls and still...NOTHING. @santanderuk are looking tempting. Worth paying a fee to leave!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp trying again and again to do a balance transfer online, but the OTP SMS either never arrives, or takes so long that your site times out. The logon OTP works fine, so it doesn't seem to be my phone or network. Hay-ulp?

@santanderuk I have tried calling so many times and I just end up being on hold for over an hour each time and I cannot wait this amount of time - I need to add a different phone number to my account so can this be dealt with via Twitter chat instead as I need access ASAP.
