@santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

I’ve spent over 2 HOURS on hold waiting to speak to @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - have been cut off twice before even speaking to someone. They think there’s fraudulent activity. There’s not. Absolutely appalling customer service. Accounts will be closed ASAP.

@santanderuk trying to pay my credit card, only to be greeted with technical errors. Been told I'll be charged £12 for late payment because I don't have a DD set up, and even if I pay via BACS it'll still take 1 working day. So why would I pay it this month then?! Stupid system!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk or cut off 4 times trying to call them and then when I get through I get put on hold for 40mins on top of that the lady was giving me attitude I felt abit like I was being told off then I ring back to get cut off again amazing service

@santanderuk shocking customer service -1hr to get through, 10 days to replace a stolen bank card..(which was sent 2nd class mail!) and unhelpful server attitude. This will be one customer less.
