@santanderuk I've been on telephone hold for 45 minutes now - I just want to change the bank account that pays our mortgage and your chat option wont connect me either. Such poor customer service 🤬

Just had to get @santanderuk to block @envato a company that you can subscribe for for seven days free but then they will still charge you even though you unsubscribe within the seven day trial!

@santanderuk You've restricted access to my UK account. I live abroad and have spent over 150 pounds trying to call the correct department, which just puts me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm extremely frustrated at the poor quality service and customer care. Can someone call me back

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have now gone through the chat function for the THIRD time on your website. This time I took lots of screenshots. The options do NOT cover undelivered cards, I have no idea what the card # for the undelivered card is/was, but asked to confirm. DIRE
