.@santanderuk How is an email entitled "We've got news for you" telling me how much (little) I have earned from my current account a "service message" allowed when I indicate I don't want to be bombarded with marketing emails?

  • nckdnks Nick Danks MIPM (@nckdnks) reported

Can i just say, its bad enough that @santanderuk closed hundreds of branches around the UK but also having the ones that are left closing at 3pm is absolutely terrible for #smallbusinesses. Seriously considering moving #bank as you are not the best for businesses any more. 😡

@LozzaFox @santanderuk @Blklivesmatter **** bank anyway, let them crack on.

  • LozFox1 Lorraine Fox (@LozFox1) reported from Sheffield, England

Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

  • dan371971 Danny Hutchings (@dan371971) reported

@santanderuk 2 cash ISA, 2 savings accounts all at 0.10% interest. No increase for a long time. Interest rate is now 1.75%. When can us savers expect a decent interest rate increase in savings? We’re living in hard times and it’s about time banks did their bit to help.

@santanderuk I'm trying to sort out my existing @santanderuk finance but keep getting an error code and told to ring. Tried to phone and spent 2 hours over last two days but still can't get through. What is the best way to speak to someone and get payments sorted?

  • CrystalTheatre_ 𝙲𝚛𝚢𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚕 𝚃𝚞𝚛𝚗𝚎𝚛-𝙱𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚖𝚊𝚗 (@CrystalTheatre_) reported

Do not bank with @santanderuk @bancosantander if you wanted to be treated with respect as a customer

  • DaveyAutos Davey🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@DaveyAutos) reported

@santanderuk I had a customer drop his Santander debit card at my work today. I don’t have an address for him, I rang Santander but as it’s automated there wasn’t the option for the system to understand why I was ringing. What do I do now?
