    Hi @santanderuk, I joined you recently yet you have frozen my internet banking when I tried to transfer money for no apparent reason and I have now had to be on hold on the phone for over an hour. Shocking customer service!

    @santanderukhelp first attempt at logging onto online banking - it doesn’t work (surprise surprise) and gives me a number to call. Does anything actually work @santanderuk @santanderukhelp . No phone service, no online service , no branch service.

    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

    @santanderuk - I have now been on hold for 1 1/2 hours and it is getting beyond a joke!!! This is the worst service I have every encountered and I will be complaining the the financial ombudsman about this - do you have anyone working in your teams????? Very Annoyed Customer

    @TfL the @santanderuk Cycle hire system is borked at the moment. Wouldn't release bikes the other day to my key, login system struggling this morning and indicated I'd been charged anyway. Today took 2 goes to unlock both times. Now website just showing internal server errors.
