@santanderuk thank you for NOT giving me the £175 bank switch money that I signed up for. 2 customer service agents, one in December and one 2 weeks ago said everything was in place & confirmed money would be in my account. Now you say I'm not entitled to it. Appalling

hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

…and mobile banking/app ‘ease’ (40%). I can’t speak for @santanderuk but I can’t believe *anyone* would switch to @HSBC_UK for any of those reasons. Their app is dire, customer service mediocre and online banking bare bones.
