    @KayHackett3 @santanderukhelp Honestly ive never had 1 issue with barclays not 1 issue at all now my wife on the other hand @santanderuk are absolutely useless no 24hr number no access to her bank account shell be moving to barclays after this has been sorted

    Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.
