    @santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that you’d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.

    @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

    @santanderuk @TSB Empty your accounts. Move banks. They want to shut 44 banks down. Strip there custom. Use another bank. End them.

    @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB I’ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    I hope everyone that works @santanderuk wakes up with their bank account blocked, maybe then they might be better at customer service and information

    @santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    Before I go full throttle over @santanderuk and the awful service they provide please do not take my word for it all. READ A FEW REVIEWS ON @Trustpilot first.
