    @santanderuk sort your **** OTP bollocks out, wasted my time trying to put the right code in multiple times only to be told it isn't the right code when I have 5 ppl stood with me telling me I've entered the exact same code. You aren't the only bank I can take my money elsewhere

    Tell you what, @santanderuk - why not make it an option on your site to make appointments to set up child accounts in branch? Rather than funnelling people in to branch, only to be told (inevitably) that there’s nobody available to do it and to book an appointment to come back.

    @MikeSassi @GeorgeTSOliver @santanderuk Just switched back to Lloyds, having become Santander customer when the crash forced A&L sale. My obscure problem was having to use same ref to individual payees no matter what it was for.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I've been locked out of the app and online banking, phoned the helpdesk and the only resolution seems to be sending out new details in the post that could take 7days. Unable to access my money until then. Perfect way to lose customers, well done

    @santanderuk saw the tweet about the other guy spending 2 hours on phone. Similar experience to mine. I must say I have been with TSB and never experienced issue. Your payment system on app doesn’t work and complaints team are the worst. @bancosantander why is your bank so bad?
