    @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

    @santanderuk really are letting me down. Due a refund after paying off old car. Over a month to get it but it was short. Contacted them and they apologised for THEIR mistake and said it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days… that was 17 days ago and still no refund.

    @santanderukhelp Always the same excuses but NEVER any improvement in the service! So it is clearly the choice of @santanderuk to maintain a shoddy service

    @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!

    @santanderuk between @eBay_UK draconian account verification nonsense, which you of course don't work properly with and @klarna knocking back perfectly good cards you issued you've made a complete nonsense of trying to buy anything online. Do you even sit down and test it works?

    @santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?

    @santanderuk @TSB Is Santander down at the moment? I can't log on to online banking and my card won't work on the chip or with the pin. Either in a shop or at a cash machine.

    @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.
