    @santanderuk why are you banning payments to crypto exchanges? If it's about protecting the customer, why are you still allowing payments to gambling sites? I understand you are under threat, but you have no right to decide how people spend their money. I've closed my account.

    Would strongly suggest everyone close their @santanderuk accounts and move elsewhere. They're once again going to be trying to block crypto and dictate how we can spend our money. It's clear they have anti crypto bias when they block that but freely allow gambling/betting sites.

    @NatWest_Help Hi, I'm closing my @santanderuk account because they've decided to place restrictions on deposits to crypto cexs and have hinted they'll block them completely through next year. Can you confirm that you have no such restrictions in place or in your plans?

    @santanderuk should be ashamed. Their app is awful, their website is awful, and their phone service is non-existent. Poor show all round for a customer with 6 products.

    @santanderuk I've been waiting for more than a month to hear back on my credit card application. I've called customer support almost 10 times but no luck. I have proof of royal mail delivering requested id documents more than 10 working days ago. Pls help.
