    @santanderuk Ludicrous it’s still not working. How about a bit more clarity for your customers. Give us an ETA on when we can at least expect it to be back online.

    Can anybody recommend a bank you are happy with that has a good online banking app? I’ve been with @santanderuk 18 years. When I needed a mortgage they couldn’t help me. When I needed to balance transfer a credit card balance, couldn’t help me. No more loyalty from me!

    @santanderuk In today’s world of server virtualisation and network simulations, fall over redundancy etc this doesn’t happen IF you fund your IT department correctly. This should never happen. Smells like cost cutting
