    @santanderuk cust serv reps need to stop foobing ppl off and check their emails before logging in and 'advising' ppl. Would be even better if they did not end a call mid way. You didn't have the courtesy 2 advise ur customers of the issue in order that they can use other a/c's

    @santanderuk are your systems down as I've sent money to my monzo which hasn't arrived. Have also sent money from monzo to santander which has been declined.

    Reaching the 45 min mark waiting to speak with someone at @santanderuk #santanderbank in the meantime my in-payments are still not being reflected in my account. Such a poor service!! #bankservices

    @santanderuk I can't transfer money and your telephone service keeps saying 'we are having technical difficulties' in an american male voice and then cuts me off. Sort it out Santander!!!
