    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk 9 days into my account being blocked, tons of emails and phone calls made, Santander still won’t help. Is this how you treat your customers??

    @santanderuk Why does the "Add, remove or rename an account" feature of your online banking not actually let me add an existing account? I have current accounts and a mortgage with you, and only the current accounts are listed. It's impossible to find or add my mortgage.

    @santanderuk Hi we have a problem setting back up our online banking after having to delete app after a security scare . We have the new passwords but an old mobile is registered which we can’t remember , what number can we ring for help ?
