@santanderuk So, *3* hours later, you *haven't* updated your website, ATMs, online, telephone and mobile banking and cards still don't work, but according to your PR team "things are returning to normal"

@santanderuk That's great but I can't use my bank card now as its been blocked until midnight for 4 attempts at making online payments and having them rejected. Such a poor service and communication throughout the day.

@ThoughtBalanced @santanderuk The whole system is down. No payments, no ATMs, no online, mobile or phone banking, just endless entreaties to "use another ATM", which, of course, doesn't work because their systems are down.

@santanderuk can you please first unlock my account which has taken almost 3 days !! 2nd I was promised my direct debits would go out as normal , which I’d not the case! Please fix ! I will be considering moving to another bank after this lack of customer care 😐
