    @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.

    I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - failed me, using their deep pockets and legal experts. I cant believe individuals cant get justice. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

    @santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡
