Just want to wish @santanderuk @santanderukhelp a MASSIVE “**** YOU!” for the holidays! Closing my account with no notice and no reason and demanding my student overdraft be paid back in six weeks, two days before Xmas! Why did my student account become a business account?!

@santanderuk Changed my name on my mortgage at my local branch a few weeks ago but still getting the wrong name on letters. Can't get through on the phone & no time to visit again atm. This is causing problems with other agencies. Any help..?

Terrible service from @santanderuk On the phone for 30mins trying to sort out online banking that isn’t working, cuts me off whilst the rep is figuring stuff out. She doesn’t call me back. I try and call back and lines are closed until Tuesday.

@santanderuk absolute shambles of a company. You spend millions on ads with Ant and Dec making out that you are friendly and wonderful. I have an ongoing issue with you and I’ve never received such poor communication. As a company you do not know what you are doing.
