@TfL You wanted the location of #SantanderBike last night but it is still lying (No 17519) in our block. Few countries are advertising for these bikes. Maybe @SadiqKhan's siblings will find out how much they pay, and export them! @santanderuk

@FraserGoodley @santanderuk This has happened to me for the last few wkends as well ever since my debit card was changed to mastercard debit nothing but problems, how am I supposed to get food for my kids this weekend if I can't pay for it??? Any apology for customers or compensation for the stress caused?

@santanderuk everytime I try to call about the fact a new debit card hasn't arrived, it puts me on hold then hangs up on me :( ... I've tried twice and once I get to a certain point it just hangs up... Please help! I have no card! :O
