  @santanderuk You are USELESS! Saturday on a bank holiday weekend & still no replacement debit card after reporting it lost on Monday morning. I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡

  @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST £100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

  @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

  I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latter’s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

  @santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!

  Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.

  @santanderuk @TSB SO....IF I SEND YOU THE RECEIPT AND MY BANK DETAILS, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE MONEY FOR THE PHONE PLEASE???? WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO DOWN THE LEGAL ROUTE? JUST CURIOUS
