@santanderuk Card keeps getting declined and there is plenty money in account. It works eventually but there is clearly an issue with you system.

@santanderuk 4 social media team get involved and I think it’s all sorted as they send new pin new security number so we put them in and get taken back to log in page Ah success … nope as they send otp number to a phone that doesn’t exist any more.

10 days with no access to my @santanderuk account due to their incompetence. No communication since they told me Friday evening that they had another 2 hours to sort it! Next step is to contact the #financialombudsman

@santanderuk Experienced terrible customer service on your in app chat today - agent responded and just hung up - without waiting for response. Disgusting - its like you couldn't care less about your customers. !!!!

10 days waiting for @santanderuk to unblock my account even though I have passed all their financial tests 5 times over. Surely I should have access to my own money. They tell me I have a case worker but I've still had no communication from them. #poorcustomerservice
