  @santanderuk is the technical error affecting people's balances? I just tried to log in and could only see my balance but none of my transaction to see I was 238 overdrawn. I dont even have a overdraft? I wasn't overdrawn yesterday before this happened What's going on?

  @greg_pell @santanderuk Good Luck, Greg. This is the worst bank for customer service. I’d highly recommend @StarlingBank as their customer service is excellent & they work with pace, urgency, & transparency.

  @SamManuel12 @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Just maybe because the system is down they can't access everyone's email or text details and social media is the quickest option. I've been a customer for 20+ years and this is first problem #justsaying
