    @Chase @santanderuk @AskNationwide Imagine putting all banking transactions down at the same time to do maintenance so that we get stranded can’t get food can’t get uber home all because you all decide to go down at the same time. Oh wait you did… Well in banks

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk tell me? What is the point of having a branch with no counter service with a fancy pants refurbishment and having to send costumers to already overstretched @PostOffice to do basic banking!

    @santanderuk I have been to Tottenham court rd Lewisham and Eltham to try to pay moNey into my account but no cash points accepting cash for deposits. ???? Wtf

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 15 and £50 on June 16 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderuk @santanderukhelp – please investigate and assist.

    @santanderuk All accounts cancelled and moved today. Credit issue for no apparent reason. An absolute disgrace and terrible customer service response 🤬🤬🙈
