    @santanderuk covid seems to be an excuse not to offer customer service.. tried calling your customer service number several times this month- absolutely useless- 40 minutes waiting in a queue.. never been answered!

    @santanderuk just went to pay my rent and the website on the landlords end said “Payment Error Unable to create rent payment - Payment Date 31 Dec 2021 is future of balances” yet £500 is now pending in my bank account. Will this have been taken or not?

    @santanderuk phoned your current account customer services and my partner assumed to be female when I use the term ‘partner’. It’s just frustrating having to explain that it’s actually a male when I call. You’re not the only bank, but it’s nearly 2022... sort it out!

    I don't think I have ever talked to a service centre that is more annoying than @Santanderuk, three minutes and counting of the woman telling me I'd really rather not talk to them right now

    @firstdirect had unexpected deposit on Christmas Day which I can now only assume was part of @santanderuk error that I read about in news today. I’d already contacted business that “paid” me but had zero communication from you before it was withdrawn from acc this evening.

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    Don't appreciate @santanderuk thinking they know better than me when I try to buy ETH and they block the transaction because, in their own words, "bitcoin is unregulated" ... FFS!

    @santanderuk Thanks you blocked my account, didn't contact me to say you were doing so, and now your customer services are closed for the bank holiday weekend and I can't access my money. Shoddy service
