    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    Cant compliment the customer service @santanderuk on the phone & in branch enough. 3 times this week they have helped & advised me about what I can do while i wait for my replacement debit card which has been delayed by @RoyalMail not delivering in the expected timescales.

    Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

    @santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. Your staff seem inept unfortunately. The simplest of requests that should be completed instantly are instead done incorrectly or just not done at all.

    Why is @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so useless. Need to contact my bank yet no way to talk to a person on the online chat and no email address… some people work and can’t sit on the phone for an hour to solve the issue. Why doesn’t anyone have email nowadays?

    @santanderuk I have been trying to return a call from your fraud department earlier and have spend about half an hour trying to get through. It would also seem that my card is temporarily blocked and I need the block removed today.

    @santanderuk absolutely hopeless. Block my account then can't get them to answer their "helpline". It only runs til 8pm, it should be 24hr. Think I'll be switching away. Useless, on phone for 30 minutes then they hung up
