You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. I was told I'd get a two letters for my log in details in 7 days which I still haven't received. I was told I would get a £200 evoucher for doing this. Now you've ended this offer
