The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

Hours and hours of phone calls, letters that don't arrive, blocking banking as soon as it has been set up. Voice ID when he has had throat cancer. An hour wait on each call. It's awful.

Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

Why are you making it so hard to get support? Do you want to lose customers? It wouldn’t surprise me if you are.
