  @santanderuk Omg absolutely appalling service. Having been on the phone for almost 2 hrs I was told I was hostile. Absolutely not! I was frustrated by your appalling service. I've now been told I need to call back on Monday. Santander won't call me! Just how much time do I have to waste?

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.
