    @santanderuk what kind of customer care do you provide? We can no longer receive paper cheque in post, you have to transfer to online. No probs but you charge your client an admin fee. You charge me for a service I didn’t request and to receive my own money. #shoddy #shameonyou

    Never bank with @santanderuk. The worse company I have every experienced. Payed research supplier in Saudi who always works for me they have frozen my account can't access any of my personal money for a disabled person this is a nightmare. Never bank with Santander

    @santanderuk why are you closing so many branches without at least leaving us with a #link ATM to access information or accounts? Then you suggest going to the post office which is a longer process and don't give you all the features. I really feel for the elderly! #inconsiderate

    @santanderuk hello, trying to get through to customer service but no answer. Quick question, are you able to update the address on back dated bank statements? I moved over a year ago but the address in my account wasn't updated and I'm applying for a mortgage. Thanks :)

    @LozzaFox @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Their current policy is to turn down mortgage applications from people who have received government support in the last 3 months. Even people that bank with them – as I found out.

    @santanderuk I keep receiving emails purportedly from you telling me to reset my login but on checking the sender address it looks suspicious. I have blocked them several times and haven’t opened them. I don’t have a current account with you but I used to run my late mum’s acct.

    @santanderuk you are going to cost me 12k in stamp because you can’t process a mortgage application in 10 weeks! The SLAs on the website must be absolute bullshit because my buyer has been awaiting an offer for at least 3 weeks. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

    @santanderuk It's a pitty you didn't support your business customers a bit better. Paying for an account and can't even access the app which was terrible any way.
