  @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

  @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
