Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

This year however is a joke. He said to me “we’ve changed how we rate this year so we’ve rated you different” as if that justifies it🙄

@santanderuk terrible customer service yesterday and you really don't support older people. A lot of 80+ years like my Mum don't do online banking (have you seen their phones) and your staff repeatedly say go to the online banking app and then leave you with the ipad in store
