Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

It’s hard me to putt into words how much I hate the customer service @santanderuk - their absolute contempt for women is breathtaking. I can’t understand how this doesn’t hurt their international brand or does this attitude emanate from Spain ! @bancosantander It’s perplexing

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

@santanderuk I have a Santander credit card with ample available funds but I cant draw money out from their cash machines! I’ve even been into my local branch and spent an hour with them but they can’t fix it. They promised a call back but none came. Complained online but no help

@santanderuk hi I’ve just withdrew some money at the Santander in Halifax opposite west gate arcade. It took ages, then gave me my card back but didn’t give me my money. It’s taken it from by bank though. Can you help?
