    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm.     @santanderuk my card was saying error during the chip and pin in the shop. It was working fine yeaterday and my other card worked in the shop.

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    @santanderukhelp trying to close our help to buy ISA. hour and a half on hold spoke briefly to a member of staff only to be hung up on at 17:55 guessing your employee was finishing at 18:00 regardless! We have been trying to get help since 24/06 appalling service. @santanderuk

    @clevybencheton @santanderuk Oh, £75 wouldn't even justify the pain that was inflicted on me having to hear this bloody automated voice interrupting the music every 20sec. If it would just be the music - I genuinely think it would be easier to keep holding and working next to it. But this way...Argh!!!
