    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm.     Hello @santanderuk a payment was made to @remitly via faster payments, I checked in with them and they said that the payment was initially cancelled, you put a fraud block on the payment that was lifted today and the bank proceeded with the transfer.
