    @santanderuk on the phone to you for over 35 minutes and you're still unable to resolve my query. Really, really poor customer service. Time to stop using Covid as an excuse, other banks are managing just fine now 🤷

    @santanderuk honestly you need to sort yourselves out, I need help urgently and I myself am unable to get through on the phones, we need 24 hour call centres for our banking, for any problem, not what currently is in operation. if you fine myself for the problem I’m not paying.

    @LizChessher @santanderuk @santanderukhelp We did manage to get it sorted but it took weeks of going back and forth and getting passed around various support staff before we finally sent complaints directly to the company directors and got a more concrete answer. I share your pain and hopefully it gets sorted soon 🤞
