    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    I also discover that @santanderuk decided to make the account dormant. I am now good friends with the lady in the Kilburn branch, but 6 weeks later I still cannot get my money returned to me, I’m not even getting called back. Don’t bank at Santander. @santanderukhelp #help 6/

    @santanderuk 1.0 Dear S********, Please, and once more, please.... I am exasperated, furious, heated...... I was on the phone this mooring {25-04-2022} from 11.30 0r 11.40 to 2.17+++ pm for a transaction. The first customer service front line failed to connect me to fraud office.

    @santanderuk Really disappointing service from you today, my elderly mother asked for copies of a few months bank statements at your Cleveleys branch and was point blank refused, "You're not set up to be able to get them". No help offered at all. Shocking.

    @AmySharrocks @santanderuk Amy, when I (was lucky enough to) buy house/get mortgage, @bancosantander took weeks/made it super difficult to access v hard earned savings, delaying completion, jeopardising the sale. I vowed never to bank with them again and have not. Hope sorted soon.
