    @santanderuk Your telephone service is diabolical, but I suspect that’s by design. Over 2 minutes listening to messages about how busy it is/why I shouldn’t call. Then a further 4 minutes going through options/messages before I’m even in the queue. Then it’s answered straight away.

    @santanderuk Why is your telephone service so abysmal? After a 25 minute wait listening to the usual patronising messages and nauseating muzak, I’m answered by someone so rude and disinterested that I realise I’ve completely wasted my time. Do you hate your customers that much?

    @santanderukhelp That does not solve my problem. I have just spoken to a customer service team member who wanted to put me back in a tele queue. The only way to get a member of your mortgage team to contact me is to cancel my direct debt. I was then told a manager could not ring me. santanderuk

    @bancosantander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Tried to pay for a car that a friend is selling us 24 hours ago and you’ve frozen our account and say it can be 3 days before it’s resolved. Customer service and management is a TOTAL DISGRACE

    @santanderuk after 2 calls this morning totalling an hour, I was told to go into branch to unlock my account. Branch says no, call the same fraud number I called before. Fraud number says he’s, branch should have been able to help. Perhaps your teams could talk to each other?!?!?

    @santanderuk should be held to account blocking accounts with no notice and still not sorting their admin over a 5 week period. Who are they to be able to prevent access to funds for no good reason. Paid taxes and dues and cannot access monthly pension - causing untold stress

    @santanderuk absolutely disgusted that I am left without access to MY funds. A block placed on my account on 2nd September as they wanted proof of residency etc. Papers requested were provided and block lifted. Further paperwork required and another block placed with no notice
