  @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk the voucher for transfer of ISA isn't working . I've downloaded the code however there is no voucher and I have received no further notification email . I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?
