    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    Calling the customer care line for @santanderuk makes you lose the will to live. I hung up after the third time the automated voice told me to inexplicably make a recording of my own voice for “security purposes”.

    @santanderuk Can someone please help with my application it has been 4 months for a mortgage timeline and phone line no nothing apart from saying it is processing , Santander left me hanging on my neck while rates went up with other lenders. Well done for ruining my life.

    @santanderuk fraud team thanks for the genuine support tonight. New complex scam people be aware, don’t give away partners details, DOB, phone number etc. Wife works for NHS in the community was in bed with covid and scammed. We didn’t have much but worried we have lost it all.

    @santanderukhelp No, that's not true. That's a page about standing orders. My issue is on app/web, when you pay someone it asks if you want to pay now or later. When you set up pay later there's no way to view, amend or delete that payment unless you phone/chat. That's so stupid. @santanderuk

    Just when I was preparing to switch everything over to @chase_uk as my main bank there seem to be constant issues. I now may not be able to pay my rent due tomorrow as no outgoing payments possible. Luckily I still have my @santanderuk account to fall back on. Sort it out Chase!
