    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    Hi @santanderuk I am overseas and you have blocked a payment, I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours. Its nearly 11pm. When did your customer service levels reach this standard, horrendous!!! The worst experience ever. On hold for ever, same hold music, annoying auto prompt wow!!

    @santanderukhelp Hi @bancosantander please intervene with ur UK operation via @santanderuk on hold for 6.5 hours yest trying to get a transaction unblocked and 18 hours later I am back on hold as you have re-blocked the same company made complaint yesterday no contact. your UK help team do not..
