@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk

Well done to @santanderuk for putting additional stress on my holiday by blocking a payment to my @RevolutApp account and blocking access to my accounts. Transferring my accounts away when back (if we get away as currently can't pay my hotel)

@cymboi @santanderuk Spoke to them yesterday about this, asked why no warning, they said everyone got a text/ email,. Really! Virtually impossible to do online banking on a 4” phone Santander. I’ll await my new phone.

@BarclaysUKHelp Paying in coins and collecting more money bags, this should a basic for your customers. Thankfully @santanderuk were able to provide a better service at the time they said they were open so I paid the money into my savings account instead. They now have my money.
