    @santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    Ok @santanderukhelp @santanderuk My husband died on August 26th. You have today returned his death certificate, addressed to him at the wrong address. You have been informed about this, I have spoken to your so called help line on several occasions. You are a disgrace

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I still cannot access my account. you have just sent my husbands death certificate back to him. Addressed to him. You sent it to my old address. Is this acceptable? Good customer service?

    No @MaddiePlease1 doesn't have access to internet banking w you because you can't sort it. That’s the problem. That & your inability to accept that she has sent all documents you asked for & has moved house. And she's now a widow. #santandershambles @santanderukhelp @santanderuk
