    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    @santanderuk I’ve just spent 45 mins on the phone trying to get access to passcode and try no to access@bank via app. Referred to@website and asked to reset my passwords. This doesn’t provide the correct info to access app. I have ID no - what next? Please advise
