    @santanderuk is there a problem with on line banking. Logging on and keep loosing connection. Not happening with other websites

    @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

    Bloody @santanderuk they’ve frozen my account; I’ve just spend 1.5 hours trying to get through to the fraud department, put on hold, cut off and absolutely nothing. I can’t access my account - fuming 😡

    @santanderuk are you having online banking issues? I’m unable to log on to mobile and internet banking meaning I am unable to transfer money to my top up debit card to use! Which isn’t very helpful when I’m heading out today! Please help!!

    update worldwide outrage with @santanderuk online banking not working, app not working, payments being declined and operator says card payments online and in stores will not work !!!!
