@MorganBroadcast Had a look at @santanderuk Twitter comment section, looks like you aren’t alone, many people have problems with them. Would it be an idea to rally everyone together and write to the CEO directly, ofc CCing the ombudsmen detailing everyone’s problem? And then file individually?

My royalties are from Amazon so hardly a unknown source - yet Santander thinks they can hold them for days! This though!! Wow. This poor lady. This bank needs to change!

@MorganBroadcast Locks are easy to pick - can pretty easily get under a minute if I recall right. Barriers is easy, the thieves likely broke them. Others I'm not sure, but the bank details being changed is down to @santanderuk failing at security.
