@santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

@santanderuk Thanks to the gross incompetence of Amir on the mobile app 24 hour chat service, I’m missing out on this year’s ISA personal allowance. He was unhelpful & unknowable in the product you provide. Is this the sub par service to provide to all your Santander customers?

The @santanderuk Boosts website is the buggiest rubbish ever. Literally cannot login, following a link from one of their emails fails, and when creating a password you can't paste into the pwd field. Your security sucks. Your website sucks. This is bad and you should feel bad.

@santanderuk I have been using Thailand as my home base since selling my UK home in 2018 so I could travel more I gave Fareham Branch my Thai Tel number as OFFCOM stops UK sims working abroad after 3 mths. They told me to update my Thai address on returning in September

My Bank used to have a local business manager, then they got rid of them and now it takes weeks to get an appointment with the centralized one. The person is sick so it’s weeks again to reschedule! Great business service @santanderuk

8 weeks ago I had fraud on my Santander bank account. Still can’t believe I can’t have access to MY money. The most unhelpful bank ever. Continuously contacting them and no further forward. Last time it was 4 months. Closed one account due to this. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp

It’s my understand that you can be in possession of a Help to Buy ISA AND a LISA, but can only use the government bonus from just the 1 account. Is this still correct? Friend was told by a staff member at @santanderuk branch that this is wrong ?? @MartinSLewis
