I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

@santanderuk just received back my property Deeds (Includes legal docs , share certs etc etc.) all left in a ***** envelope on the doorstep. How DARE you return these documents in such a contemptible manner #apalled #santander #terrible
