@louisclack @NatWest_Help @santanderuk Absolutely terrible. Thank goodness I was still able to withdraw the cash. Guess the banks will stop that at some point?

Is there a more useless bank than @santanderuk? Sending post to the wrong address, go in branch to get them to correct their error and are sent away as they can’t deal with it. Under current Data Protection regs it’s your duty to correct the information you hold.
