    @santanderuk Shocking customer service wasting hours of peoples time either queuing on phone lines closing local branches reduced opening hours hours. Treat customers with absolute contempt

    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage donโ€™t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place ๐Ÿ™„ #banking #ux #cx

    @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.

    I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latterโ€™s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

    Imagine not being able to get your medication for your disability because @santanderuk decided to block your bank 6 days ago regardless of having the documents they asked for same day. Lazy scamming disgusting company

    @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing ยฃ2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.

    @santanderuk between @eBay_UK draconian account verification nonsense, which you of course don't work properly with and @klarna knocking back perfectly good cards you issued you've made a complete nonsense of trying to buy anything online. Do you even sit down and test it works?

    @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB Iโ€™ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show
