    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage don’t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place 🙄 #banking #ux #cx

    Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk

    @BarclaysUKHelp Paying in coins and collecting more money bags, this should a basic for your customers. Thankfully @santanderuk were able to provide a better service at the time they said they were open so I paid the money into my savings account instead. They now have my money.

    @santanderuk to know the situation I am in and the lack of doing anything on Santander's end despite me explaining this situation to what must now be at least 6 separate individuals at the company. This business is sick in my opinion just let me access my money please!

    @santanderuk hi despite calling twice including lodging a formal complaint, I’m still unable to access my accounts after being frozen by yourselves. I was told it could take up to two days, it’s been 3 and still no sign of this being resolved.

    @santanderukhelp Technical support confirmed ongoing issues with token deletion, impossible to add card to Google wallet, awful, I've been trying for weeks with no success. Answer: wait longer and keep trying, aka find a better bank... @santanderuk @santanderukhelp

    @santanderuk service is Soooo appalling in an emergency and it’s taken 3 hours to speak to someone. When I did speak to someone they transferred me to someone else and then hung up. Lucky it’s not an urgent matter 🙄 Seriously need to look at your UX process. Utter joke
