@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

@santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

@santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasn’t arrived yet! It’s not the first time we’ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible
