    I seriously am shocked at @santanderuk - the people, many of them elderly and this probably means no access to online banking, standing for ages and ages in a queue in Lewisham branch. It is truly shameful…

    Cant compliment the customer service @santanderuk on the phone & in branch enough. 3 times this week they have helped & advised me about what I can do while i wait for my replacement debit card which has been delayed by @RoyalMail not delivering in the expected timescales.

    @MartinKnight_ I was debanked during covid along with 500,000 others, I don’t have id to open another bank account, I can’t pay for a new id because I don’t have a bank account. My life has been turned upside down by some guttersnipe that didn’t even bother to give me a reason @santanderuk

    @santanderuk fix your pay existing payees unless you want to cover my CC interest i will get charged. Al I get i unable to complete request due technical reasons.

    @santanderuk Still waiting for an update from ‘Mark’ wondering if he is imaginary at this point. Numerous emails trying to ensure payment was not taken and it now has been! Frustrated is not even the word now - SORT YOUR **** OUT SANTANDER

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp They are receiving help from us as a Debt Advice Charity - we have the Authorisation etc - we just need to send you information electronically like we do with other banks like HSBC who have an email companies like Cabot or Lowell...

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Barclays was the same. Ended up having to do over 3 days as they said it was literally impossible to transfer £60k in one go. Completely bananas.

    @santanderuk stop sending emails about using my overdraft when the reason it happened is because you stopped sending texts to say I was nearing it. I received no notification you were doing this. Surely you’ve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me
