  Cant compliment the customer service @santanderuk on the phone & in branch enough. 3 times this week they have helped & advised me about what I can do while i wait for my replacement debit card which has been delayed by @RoyalMail not delivering in the expected timescales.

  @santanderuk As a systems and process specialist I can see there’s a deeper issue that needs addressing. And removing telephone support was not a smart move either. Why are you making it so hard to get support? Do you want to lose customers? It wouldn’t surprise me if you are.

  @santanderuk An unmoving queue at 3.15pm. No indication of service available. If you can’t serve after a certain time, make it clear, put up a sign. Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
