Your main concern was for a big company not me

"Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

After weeks of frustration and no sight of the money, I'm disgusted this clerk bragged about 'have been doing this all week' Today the error was rectified.
