    @santanderuk been held on call for over 25 minutes ...then get cut off. Great customer service .. not! Message "sorry to keep you waiting" then you cut someone off.

    @ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

    Anyone else have issues with @santanderuk refusing card payments tonight online? Have a car seat to buy and card being refused. (again) No issue with funds. Nothing but issues with them, worst thing I ever did switching.

    @santanderuk 27 minutes and still in the telephone queue, crap service. And the reason for calling is nothing about me you have just simply frozen some transactions without notifying me. I have a purchase frozen thanks to your crap service.

    Just got off the phone to @santanderuk, worst customer experience I've ever had. They have lost my money, yes lost it: 'we need to locate it Mr Huggins', where have you put it? Under the bed? No suprise @StarlingBank and @monzo disrupted the market with excellent service and won.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp what sort of bank blocks your account for making a small payment and then closes its “24/7” contact center?! Stuck with no access to funds..!! Closing account ASAP!!! Insane!!

    @santanderuk I appreciate that the pandemic has caused enormous pressure on call centres but over the past 2 years I have not encountered such a bad service. Thinking of changing our business account
