    Dear @santanderuk thank you for your great service. I was on the phone for 16 minutes when one of you picked up the call inspite being so busy. Then the guy told me hold the line for a brief moment. The moment never came. After 10 minutes you just disconnected the call.

    @santanderuk you've just lost my custom. What's the point of having 6 layers of security to make a payment and then when the payment is made you block it and then don't answer the phones?
