@santanderuk My daughter keeps being told issues have been resolved but they haven't, she has been trying to order items from Amazon and at this rate is going to end up having her Amazon account suspended because payments keep being declined by yourselves, when is this going to be fixed

@santanderuk Car payments still unreliable and not working despite saying resolved on your status page. This has been happening intermittently on and off for months. When will you sort this? Will you be offering compensation to those impact?
