@santanderuk does any customer receive replies from Santander. I have left several messages with your "Sandi" for either a contact or sent a message and receive nothing back in return. Why??

@santanderuk the worst customer service, over 4 days of trying to speak to someone. Wow! Is there a customer service number that works? #help

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk I’m so sorry to read this. Santander have been horrific dealing with my mum after she was scammed out of £15,000. Long story but she is now going through citizens advice bureau-if you have no luck, it might be worth talking to them-super helpful, free service. Good luck 🤞🏼

@archer_rs @santanderuk The gym @VirginActiveUK seems to have had a security breach, but the bank enabled the fraud by making the PIN available on a stolen phone, calling that phone after they'd been notified and then transferring funds from a savings account and blaming the customer 😱

@Sophiae007 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Absolutely an inside job that. Just conveniently happens on the day the security barriers are not working.

@ScienceNelson Absolutely awful this has happened and @santanderuk needs to do more! As for @VirginActiveUK it wouldn’t surprise me that police will investigate why security wasn’t working that day. I’ll make sure to never be involved with both these companies. Bad service.

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast As a long term @santanderuk customer, I'm extremely concerned about this! Especially as simply transferring the stolen phone's SIM card to another phone gets around the phone security.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk . Damn help this lady out. Obviously she was robbed. What’s your damn excuse for not helping her. You have some serious security issues being exposed in this thread. Someone using her pin is not a legitimate excuse to victimize her twice. Get a clue.

@MorganBroadcast Then when you goto the financial ombudsman you can show you've given @santanderuk every opportunity to resolve and they haven't. Might take a bit longer for you to get your money back but it'll hopefully go in your favour with the ombudsman Please DM if there's any help you need

@MoorgateMermaid @santanderuk And one of these numbers only I know. Not even my bank knows. A person trying to get my bank information will get my bank account number eventually. But even with knowing my banking login password, they still need my card.
