    @santanderukhelp Avoid @santanderuk they do not answer the phones, give customers correct or accurate information, send letters. Really is better high st banks. AVOID. AVOID. 2nd rate service.     @santanderuk Each time the staff at Santander say it will be Ok the next time, it hasn't. They also say they cannot do anything to process the transaction as they cannot go into the system - customer service AND fraud teams. So what do I do? 2/2

    I notified my bank I am going to holiday so they don’t block my account, while in turkey and BTC drops I want to buy more, but sure enuf the fing @santanderuk block my transaction AGAIN! this time i can’t call them unless I pay for international calls, which I tried I was put on

    @santanderuk @antanddec Santander bank licence should be review fin ombudsman mislead biz, cont refusal SME help during C19 unless 100% gov backed BBL. Only then swift help, even group comp BBL now causes serious acct freeze disruptions on missed due dil. Anything else but bounce back 4 sant biz clients
