    @whealie @santanderuk It's ironic that Santander keeps badgering me to go paperless yet the only way to contact them in writing is on paper since they stopped accepting messages via their website.

    @santanderuk what's the best way how to contact customer service while abroad? A phone call is not possible due to high roaming costs.

    Tell you what, @santanderuk - why not make it an option on your site to make appointments to set up child accounts in branch? Rather than funnelling people in to branch, only to be told (inevitably) that there’s nobody available to do it and to book an appointment to come back.

    Jeepers @santanderuk has outdone BT, Virgin and others notorious for poor customer service. Useless website that refuses to provide a contact number. And when you do find it, you are just on hold. Won't be making a crucial business payment today, as have run out of time.

    @santanderuk worst bank ever. I'm closing my account. Set up account. Account blocked trying to set up online banking. 3 failed calls to customer service. Can't be done on phone, visit a branch. Waited in in Byres Rd branch today Told its sorted, access still blocked. Outrageous

    @santanderuk saw the tweet about the other guy spending 2 hours on phone. Similar experience to mine. I must say I have been with TSB and never experienced issue. Your payment system on app doesn’t work and complaints team are the worst. @bancosantander why is your bank so bad?
