@santanderuk does any customer receive replies from Santander. I have left several messages with your "Sandi" for either a contact or sent a message and receive nothing back in return. Why??

@santanderuk Hi. Did you know you have phone numbers for customer contact built into the app and on your website that say they don’t exist when you call them?

@SantanderUK and other banks need to educate customers being scammed on how to access cryptocurrency safely rather than banning everyone from utilising their own money how they see fit. But then, #bitcoin and #cryptocurrency do threaten the need for Santander to exist...

Massive thanks to Deborah at @santanderuk fraud department for helping me sort things this morning. Brilliant customer service. Nothing like a frozen account to kick your Friday off. Hackers be warned you'd be lucky to get 80p out of me just now let alone £80. #keepempeeled 👀

@santanderuk your customer service is truly horrendous. Nobody has a clue what’s happening. I spend half my time on hold, the other half being passed around only to be cut off. Best part is I’m only at account application stage, what the hell will it be like when you have my ££!!

@santanderuk Do you have a complaints process that can be resolved quicker than your advised 6-8 weeks? I have a critical & time sensitive issue requiring immediate resolution as a result of advice previously provided by yourselves and seems you have no flexibility to help
