@santanderuk over 25 minutes on hold trying to get through to your customer services. So long that even the automated system gave up and stopped playing music and just left it ringing non stop ! Terrible service.

Hey @santanderuk I'm going round in circles. Got a call from your fraud dept asking me to call you back. On hold 20 mins. Advised via chatbot to message you via app and online banking but both blocked. HELP?!

Atrocious customer service @santanderuk!!! actually in shock. No phone banking bc covid, no in branch appts until December, website broken, only option to talk to a person is waiting on hold for over an hour, whilst my money is on 0.02% interest, wonder why they don’t give a ****
