Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk Problem today in Aldi unable to use contactless or manual input. Aldi cashier stated that this had been a problem for Santander cards today. Any idea why? Sufficient funds in account.

@TfL You wanted the location of #SantanderBike last night but it is still lying (No 17519) in our block. Few countries are advertising for these bikes. Maybe @SadiqKhan's siblings will find out how much they pay, and export them! @santanderuk

@FraserGoodley @santanderuk This has happened to me for the last few wkends as well ever since my debit card was changed to mastercard debit nothing but problems, how am I supposed to get food for my kids this weekend if I can't pay for it??? @santanderuk Is your website still kaput? Trying to apply for a loan and after inputting all the info required I always get '[Exception in:/WEB-INF/jsp/message/onlineApps_mainTemplate_no_navigation.jsp] null'. VERY annoying.

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold with the lost and stolen cards line for over 25 minutes trying to cancel my card. While I wait, I’m watching transactions coming out of my account somewhere along Bond Street. I’m in Wales. The function on the app to cancel the card isn’t working.
