    @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

    Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

    @santanderuk Hey people. As a Santander customer, I can honestly say that they are utterly shite in every way. Imagine a set of really unhelpful people who take 45 mins to answer the phone, have no authority to comment on your problem (no intention to fix it), and pay you zero interest.

    the usually super reliable online banking service from @santanderuk has decided to go down just in time for me to pay corporation tax. if it doesn’t go back up today will you guys cover my fine, or pay the cost of a debit card transaction? its c 0.1% of the transaction size.

    Ever tried to place a formal complaint with Santander @santanderuk don't bother !! The 0800 171 2171 number is a mass if prerecorded questions to which you press 1or2or3etc, and then you are DUMPED into an anwswerphone. Again SHOCKING service from Santander.

    @calvinrobinson Not @santanderuk . They consistently lowered all the benefits they got people to sign up with. My elderly mum was caught in a scam and santander wouldn’t refund - we are with the ombudsman now. It’s a truly awful bank. Arrogant and uncaring.

    Hi @santanderuk I tried to contact security about an account issue today, after being told that I had to call instead of trying to sort the issue in store, and after being on hold for 30 minutes the call got cut

    Hey @santanderuk ... you've blocked my account asking me to go in to branch to show proof of my middle name after 30 years of being a customer... I do this and they can't block my card and so I have to call you & stay on hold for another hour #terriblecustomerservice #usetech
