@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@shelaghw31 @santanderuk It's the new SCA (strong customer authentication) rule that came in. All retailers will now have to verify their customers on online payments. Check your number/email is upto date with your bank.

@santanderuk Help. I have been holding in 2 Q's today for 50 mins after you blocked access to my account on Saturday when I tried to pay a bill. You cut me off after 30mins on Saturday too. Why!!! I just want to access my account for heavens sake. I cant work and wait in your q's

@santanderuk Really annoyed. Ran to your Kingsbury branch at 1:30PM to deposit money so I can pay important bills only to find the branch is closed for "lunch" when google says it's open. Ran back again for 4:15PM only to be told the counter stopped accepting cash at 3PM help!
