  Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

  @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

  @santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.
