Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

@santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

Today I’m closing my current, savings, credit, and mortgage accounts with @santanderuk. This follows atrocious customer support earlier in the year, despite over a decade with them. Would imagine others are voting with their switches too.

Legal advice needed human rights or housing solicitors.please? A disgraceful repossession. Over single mum lost business to COVID. @excludeduk with little assistance. In fact she was given £746. And @santanderuk took all of it, whilst telling her we tried to help u. Kids? Food?
