    @CazooUK What’s the update? It’s been four months since I logged the vehicle fault. @santanderuk have contacted yourselves trying to obtain an update, with no surprise they haven’t had a response. Please respond! Your customer service is absolute trash! #avoidcazoo

    @santanderuk your app crashed during an update, and as a result I'm locked out of the app and online banking. Your helpdesk say that I won't be able to get back into it until NEXT YEAR. This is ridiculous, it should be a simple process to reset someone's access to a blocked app.

    @santanderuk fix your app so that it’s possible to do all things cc related in it: update direct debit etc. Also I should be able to adjust my own direct debit date. I shouldn’t hate to call you to do that.

    Terrible service from @santanderuk On the phone for 30mins trying to sort out online banking that isn’t working, cuts me off whilst the rep is figuring stuff out. She doesn’t call me back. I try and call back and lines are closed until Tuesday.

    @santanderuk Trying to open an account, uploading passport as id and it gets rejected over and over. No clue or hint as to problem. Endless loop. Can you provide example or feedback?

    @santanderuk I just want to deposit money into my account but NONE OF YOUR MACHINES IN MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE LET ME DO IT. If I can’t have access to this simple function why am I even with you as my bank?

    @santanderuk Customer services leave a lot to be desired - months if wasted time. Official Complaint fell on deaf ears, didn't even address the issues. Letter full of spelling and grammatical errors, shows the attitude towards your work. Not good enough - Ombudsman here we come!
